They go as far as quoting out items on the inspection objections and resolutions. This gives my clients a better idea of the true cost of repair or replacement. Ultimately giving us more power when it comes to negotiations! Pro Works also has done several projects for my clients outside of real estate transactions. They have and will continue to be a great tool and asset for my business!

My wife and I had our first experience buying a home with ProWorks. It was an incredible journey! With Jim's extensive background and knowledge he helped us find a beautiful home in the mountains. He sent us a list daily of homes we may be interested in. We sent him back the ones we wanted to see and he would quickly setup the appointments. We went from mountain to mountain looking at all kinds of properties until one day we found one we fell in love with! Jim carefully put our offer together and gave great advice so we were sure to get the home. Meanwhile he was also coordinating the financing with a great company which made the whole process go smoothly.
