John was professional and did a good job on my windows. That said, there was confusion about payment. We had to call HomeAdvisor to clear up some confusion about payment. HA charged my account the day I called for referrals, before the work was even contracted or completed. This was not what I was told would happen, and different than what Premier Cleaning had ever experienced. Further, another contractor from Handy showed up to clean my windows at the dame time. He was sent my address and time of the appt. by Handy? All very strange. I felt badly for both cleaners. It was awkward and should not have happened. Submitted by Brenda Connolly
