A bit pricey but great overall. Plumber showed up when he said and quickly took care of the job. I’ll hire again if something else is needed.

They gave a free in-person quote, showed up on time, and stuck to their quoted price. At my request, they waited a few minutes until the electrician showed up, to be sure he wouldn't have any problem and be able to complete the electrical hookup. Recommended.

Professional, courteous, and timely. Quickly diagnosed the issue (water hammer due to what I thought was increased water pressure coming to the house, it was) and fixed it with a variable pressure valve. Kyle was great and did excellent work. They arenâ t the cheapest company but you get what you pay for; would hire again, especially if I needed critical work done.

Proactive Comfort was very responsive and sensitive to my needs. They were very patient working with me as I was having to work with another company who was responsible for replacing my propane hot water tank under warranty. It was anything but smooth dealing with the company replacing my tank, but Proactive Comfort stayed close by in following up with me so that we could secure having their plumber on site as soon as the tank arrived. They understood my frustrations during this wait that went on longer than it should have. Proactive Comfort gave me the assurance they were ready to complete the project. I am more than satisfied with their service. One note regarding the plumber from Proactive Comfort. He was on site removing the old tank and replacing with the new under horrific conditions. Regardless of the heatwave and the extensive work he had to do, he did not complain and was very professional. That was hours working out in these conditions.

Totally impressed ! First time customer. I woke up with my garage ceiling acting like a rain cloud. Water coming down,! Went on computer looking for plumber in my area, Who's available and has more than 3 stars ! Called several but no luck in getting thru. or making contact. I found Proactive thru Home Advisor. Start with their customer service -very professional & courteous,. Service manager responded in short time in making adjustments to one of the service tech's route schedule. Service Tech -Gary was a great guy, great tech in knowing within 1-2 minutes exactly where my problem was and he did a cost sheet before he started & completed any work. Our problem is now solved and we now have no need to look any further when we have a plumbing problem -call "Proactive Comfort" , you will never regret it -they will be your 5 star plumber too !
