Our house on the water was vacant for a couple of years before we bought it. We initially hired Proactive for a spider issue we were having. They did such a wonderful job we retained them to get rid of mice - great job; now we use them to keep mosquitos downs and they are doing a phenomenal job especially considering being on the river our home is a breeding ground for those dratted bugs - I couldn’t ask for more??

The service person was very polite.

Proactive representative was prompt, courteous, and efficient. They deactivated the problem wasp nest with one visit.

The technician showed up the same day I made my call. He was efficient and we haven't had a problem since.

If you are a working professional with a schedule that makes it difficult for you to be home within a 2-4 hour window do not use this service. They will charge you for cancelling the service and do not have much flexibility with their scheduling.

Very professional, on time, told me to call if problem persists but so far the spiders have not returned.

I have them on contract and this was first visit. The pests seem to be dead/dying. The men kept me well-informed and were thorough and polite.

Always ready to assist when I call. During my first visit, I asked if the chemicals were safe to be used around small children and they gave me all the information I needed. When I needed a re-treat, they came out same day. The only thing I would like to see is some type of promotional magnet to place on my fridge with their phone number. When I asked for one, I was told they are paperless and magnets are considered paper.

They were quick in responding to my calls. We had an ant problem and their services helped eliminate them!
