Very professional. The guys that came out were fast, friendly and professional. Left after everything was cleaned up beautifully and followed up with a second inspection and then printed out an abatement report so my husband and I felt completely safe and confident.

Excellent work, but really expensive for such a tiny job. Removing a couple small asbestos panels from above a furnace was $1,700 when all was said and done. Great people to work with, if I ever need asbestos abatement I would use them again.

We hired Probe to remove asbestos tile in our basement and pipe sheathing. We also had them come out to do exterior siding removal. They did a great job on the interior work. The exterior work was also well done however there were a lot of nails on our driveway as well as debris. They had come back out a second time to remove any remaining debris around the house and got all of it but did miss quite a few nails. The asbestos was all gone though which was the important part. They were not the cheapest bid but not the most expensive.

I have never received a report for the testing. I have not received a call back. I don't have anything to show the contractors to prove there is no asbestos.

Testing was done quickly. All I had to do was send a couple of samples in a plastic baggie through the mail. I was informed of each step along the way: receipt of sample, testing, and results. We are considering them for asbestos removal, as well.

I had Probe Environmental cleanup asbestos contained floor tiles that were located in my basement. Probe was responsible for tile removal, disposal, and air quality testing. With having an older home, there were some tight spaces (under stairwell). In those spaces, there were some tile pieces and dusts left behind. So cleanup/vacuuming wasn't as thorough as I would have liked. Lesson learned for me is to be there to inspect job after completion....lesson learned for Probe is to always offer to return to project site if customer calls with concerns.

The 2 men that came to the house were very friendly, courteous and professional. I was told the contractors would arrive between 8 and 9am. They did not arrive until almost 10am and then they went to lunch at about 11-12. So the work did not get done until after 4pm. They also did not remove the black mastic material. I was not aware that this was not a part of the deal.
