Mike fixed my AC unit by adding R2 coolant with a sealing compound in it. I was told by two other AC companies that my unit was shot and needed to be replaced....That's the difference between a predatory AC company and Mike at Probity HVAC. Every service call I've had in the past for replacing coolant did NOT include a sealing component in it. Probity means adhering to highest principles and honest ideals. Mike certainly proves that! Mike also said the coolant he used has a UV component in it too. That way if it does leak again in the future the UV allows him to know exactly where the leak is so he can fix it. He's a great HVAC educator.

Mike is amazing. The name of the company is definitely a reflection of Mike. He was honesty about the possible problems with our AC and the cost, on time, and did not waste time get our AC fixed.

Mike is great! We requested service around 8:30am when our furnace stopped working, and they were to our house within the hour. Our furnace is fairly complicated, and he has been great no matter how big or small the project is. We really appreciate his customer service and quick attention to our service requests! We have used him two times now, and we couldnâ t recommend him and Probity HVAC more.

Mike was amazingly patient. He did what he had to for our warranty to cover his visit, then ordered us a brand new furnace. The home warranty company (HSA) was the worst experience of my life. Mike, despite the flu and being backed up from here to LA answered all questions and put up with taking the brunt of my anxiety for not having heat in Minnesota for two weeks in December while HSA treated me like garbage. If I have to have any work in the future, I will surely call him. Came out same day, delivered and set expectations. Was even able to fit the instal in prior to Christmas. Mike was amazing. Our situation was urgent and he was able to come out the same day. He had to order parts, but he clearly explained the timeline and was so kind, offering advice on how to keep warm in the meantime. He got the part in the next day and came out right away to fix it even though it was on the weekend.

Mike was very informative on the issues with our furnace (new homeowners). He was timely and found the problem within minutes. He was very helpful with tricks to avoid our issue in the future. Would recommend!
