I thought his fee to show up was very fair compared to companies like Sears. He repaired my microwave and was very communicative during the entire time so I knew he knew what he was doing. The microwave needed a fuse and door switch and now works perfectly. The final cost seemed a little high being that those parts aren't expensive that's the only reason I didn't have a perfect 5 star. If you have a microwave that needs repair I would highly recommend. He was timely too.

Karlos is a very honest, competent and good person who will go out of his way to help. He arrived when promised, figured out the problem quickly, gave an estimate, made adjustments to fit my schedule, and repaired my washer at a great price - best service visit ever!

Karlos was great. Better yet he was honest! Had to order part, but he repaired fridge enough to keep me from losing food. Was back next day with new part in hand & repairs successfully made! I will only use Karlos in future if need arises. Thank you Karlos!!

Carlos responded to my request immediately. he performed the work as we discussed. price was very reasonable and done in a timely manner. i would highly recommend. I did all this from an out of state location and over the phone. He made my life very easy.
