Karlos was punctual, with much perseverance worked late until the AC system was running. He was easy to understand and explained what he was doing until completed. He was honest and respectful and was very satisfied with his professionalism and conduct. Without any haste, I recommend Karlos to anyone who may need him services.

Karlos came to fix my fridge because it was not cooling or freezing. He replaced a part and the freezer side started working, but the fridge side was not getting cold. Charged $250. He came back and removed some frost from the fridge side, but it still did not work. I called him again and he said a man of his skill level should not have to deal with this. He said instead of him wasting his time he would refund me my money and even asked for me to verify the date. Well, I thought he was a man of his word and forgot all about it until a few weeks later I checked my credit card statement, and the refund was not there. Mind you, I had to call another repair company to fix it and paid them $325. I contacted him again and he said he did it. I am still waiting for the refund. What is really sad is I have used him several times after I first used him from HomeAdvisor and I thought he was a stand-up guy, but I was wrong.

Karlos followed through on project, pleasant personality and good worker/technician Resolved problem the best way it could have been done.

I thought his fee to show up was very fair compared to companies like Sears. He repaired my microwave and was very communicative during the entire time so I knew he knew what he was doing. The microwave needed a fuse and door switch and now works perfectly. The final cost seemed a little high being that those parts aren't expensive that's the only reason I didn't have a perfect 5 star. If you have a microwave that needs repair I would highly recommend. He was timely too.

Karlos is a very honest, competent and good person who will go out of his way to help. He arrived when promised, figured out the problem quickly, gave an estimate, made adjustments to fit my schedule, and repaired my washer at a great price - best service visit ever!

Karlos was great. Better yet he was honest! Had to order part, but he repaired fridge enough to keep me from losing food. Was back next day with new part in hand & repairs successfully made! I will only use Karlos in future if need arises. Thank you Karlos!!
