Initially it was good, had Pavers in stalled in driveway. . Now I have had issue at least 3 times for pavers installed on driveway. In which they are sinking. PRO Build contractors has been contacted all three times by e-mail and text. The first two times they came out to correct problem. Third time no response . Cost of drive way $50.K

I hired Pro Builder in April 2022 of this year to install pavers in the driveway. I paid them a lot of money for this project. Since April they have been at my home to correct the sinking of the paver 2 times Once in May and again in June. Here it is now September. I had to reach out to them again, because of the areas previously re-sanded. The same space Is sinking again. I have reached out to the office and Anthony one of the persons in charge. I texted him on Sept 8,13, 17th. Anthony stated on the 8th he would fix it as of today date I have not heard from him or the office. Tried calling office VMS (voice mail service) full no one answers. Upon completion in April the project looked good then all sections started sinking in May and June.

I contacted a few construction companies for estimates on 300 feet of gutters on my home. ProBuild was the first person that came to check out what was going on. The technician explained to me how the fasciaâ s behind the gutter have worn out and would be senseless to install brand new gutters on deteriorated fasciaâ s because I would run into problem in the near future. This technician taught me so many things I have never known in my life. He quoted me a price which was within my budget range and even knocked off some bucks! They came and finished the job in 2 days. I cancelled all of my other estimates because I have never came in contact with a more professional person in my life, their reviews are great, and the lady I spoke to on the phone was so nice. 100/10 experience with this company and will definitely call them if I have any troubles! I had to replace my roof it was 27 years old and leaking, so I contacted several roofing companies for an estimate. When each one came and looked at the roof and answered my questions. However, The technician from ProBuild Construction came into my house and we set down at the family room table where he explained to me how they would do each step of replacing my roof. He then explained that ProBuild, only used GAF materials, and that GAF had a system that they guarantied the shingles for 50 years and the roof for up to 130MPH winds. Jason also told me that they had paid a company to due aerial measurement of my roof and thats how they buy their materials. I did not understand everything, but I did understand 50 years and 130MPH winds. When I hired ProBuild, I was told approximately when they would start and how long it would take to do the job approximately 4-5 days. I have a big roof! They called and ask if it would be ok if they started the job early, I said ok and they began at 7:15 Monday morning and finished in 3 1/2 days. Their crew did everything that ProBuild promised. ProBuild Constructions site foreman ensured everything was done properly and he would explain why things were done the way they were, so I actually understand the why and how of the process. If you read different reviews you are going to read words Like professional, polite, courteous, responsive, my experience would be AWSOME they did what they said for what they said!!! I initially called them to see if they could repair my roof, he couldnâ t. Now I didnt think I could afford a new roof because we already had 2 layers of shingles up there & I thought it it was going to be super expensive to tear off the old roof. So I asked them anyway how much it would cost & after he explained to me what he would replace it with & all of the tear off & underlayment costs I was beyond shocked. I went into this thinking it would be around $30,000 dollars, which I couldnt afford, he quoted me $13,500 with everything including a 50 year warranty for the shingles & a 25 warranty for any repairs. We also have about a third of our siding is vinyl & it was looking tired so for another $2500.00 dollars they could redo the siding as well. So for $16,000 dollars I could get a new roof & siding. I thought about it for about a day & told him to go ahead. I cant say enough nice things to say about the job they did. I was there the entire time they worked & they did everything they said they would do & more. Our house looks brand new! My husband & I are so thrilled with the results! When I can afford it I am going to get them to replace the sofit, fascia, gutters & downspouts too. They were wonderful, professional & fast. In two days they had everything done, which I still cant get over. They cleaned up everything up afterwards. My neighbors are even raving about the job they did. Thank you ProBuild!

This group was everything the technician promised. They protected windows and shrubs and worked with a minimum of disruption. The cleanup was exemplary! More than that however, they personally worked on remedying a problem another contractor had not properly fixed-and they did so at no additional cost. They also provided follow-up contact to assure me not to hesitate to call if needed, all of the work was amazing and I am very happy . I feel I was fortunate to find this company. ProBuild sent a technician out to address our issue and provide an estimate. He was timely, professional and honest with every point of his examination. The review was thorough. he made short videos of the portions of the roof that were examined and reviewed them with us. I cannot be more enthusiastic about this company and would recommend them to anyone who thinks they need a new roof or repair.

They called on the first day the notice went out for a rubber flat roof repair and promptly came out and gave an estimate in line with what our insurance company stated that the job should cost. They were there the very next day to fix the roof. We thought it went VERY well!! We cant crawl up on the roof anymore to see the work, but they took pics to show us, and it looked good. They were professional, and we would call them again in a heartbeat! It was nice doing business with them!! Thank you ProBuild Construction!

ProBuild Construction is honest and fair quality were outstanding customer service they take pictures of your roof so you can see it sit down and talk with them and then they do the repairs and they take pictures of all the repairs so you can compare them to the pictures that they took prior to and the work is quality the best part and I dont want you getting quality its also a low price and fair in on his price so I recommend this company to everybody thats my people and things

Got estimates from several companies for either roof repair or replacement. One company said needed replaced and the others said repairs and roof has plenty of life. I chose ProBuild Construction, not only because of great reviews. He called me after hours to discuss my needs, came out today with his crew. Repairs were started immediately by them and Im a happy customer. If you need an honest roofing company to take a look at your roof, give ProBuild Construction a call. They were great all around when it came to professionalism and customer service. And it doesnt cost for an inspection. A roof tune up will go a long way!

I had a pipe vent that was leaking. After calling a few other contractors finally I came into contact with ProBuild Construction. It was a smooth transaction overall. They had solid customer service and made contact with me every step of the way. They scheduled a contractor to come out within a day and the estimate was given before repairs were made. They were honest about the service, didn't attempt to overcharge or up sale me on some service. I will use them in the future and would recommend them to my family and friends.

We were getting quotes from competing companies that were much higher. When we had ProBuild give us a quote, we were happy to get a good deal from a company with such high reviews. They did the demolition of our old, broken wall and started the construction of our new wall immediately after. In spite of bad weather, these guys did an awesome job of getting our project done. After the completion of the wall, they did the cleanup the next day and everything is perfect. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for any masonry work!

We needed to add height to our block wall. I contacted several companies ( two actually bid but didnâ t want to go through permitting process) before we were finally referred to ProBuild. Great experience from beginning with ProBuild who gave an immediate bid and followed through with engineering and County permit. Work started quickly, all involved very courteous and considerate with our four dog household. The lady in the office was very kind and kept me apprised of what was happening. Overall, excellent result at very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

I hired ProBuild to repair a growing gap at the corner of my block wall. It turns out that the gap was because the wall was leaning toward the neighbor yard behind me. When they removed the section of block, they found that the footing the builder had installed 35 years ago was only about 6 inches wide. They had to remove it and install a new footing that was 12 inches wide. The guys worked tirelessly the entire day from 7 AM until 6 PM on the 10 ft section and completed the job in a single day, including applying the stucco to the rear neighbors wall. I canâ t say enough good things about this crew, and I would highly recommend them to any of my friends.

After trying to find a concrete company to pour a slab for a covered patio in my backyard, I found just about everyone too busy to come out & even give me a bid. Then a friend of mine suggested ProBuild Construction. He had hired them to do a similar project and said he was very happy with the quality of their work. So I called and within a couple days they were there to give me a bid. Not only was it competitive with what I figure the cost would be, but they had a crew available to start that day. So by the end of the day, they had dug it out, built the forms, and laid the rebar. About a week & a half later, they were back to pour the slab, remove the forms, & give my new patio a nice brushed finish. Iâ m looking forward to having them back in a couple weeks to build a cover over it, once itâ s cured and complete my outdoor living space. Definitely recommend.

If you want a professional job and completed in the time promised this is the team you need to hire. ProBuild and their crew were amazing, polite and definitely considerate of our surrounding property. Consideration having to deal with the weather and other situations that arose the job was completed ahead of time that was promised. No doubt will hire them again. We have other projects in the future.

I needed my gutters cleaned and there were very quick in contacting me and coming over to give me an estimate. I have an older home and ProBuild was very knowledgeable about certain up keep of an older home. After inspection of the gutter, there was a much needed repair that they took care of very quickly. ProBuild and their team were very professional, friendly and efficient. I definitely would recommend them.

I was very happy with the work carried out by ProBuild Construction.. They repaired brickwork, flashing, and cracks in a party wall;repaired leaks in kitchen skylights; weatherprrofed the flat roof; and repaired cracks in the roof and replaced tiles. They were punctual, polite, and kept me informed of the work done. The work was value for money, and I would happily use them again and recommend them.

I cannot say enough positive things about ProBuild Construction. They responded to my message on HomeAdvisor immediately and came to look at my roof within 24 hours. They were able to schedule the repairs earlier than any other company I spoke to, and when the forecast called for rain, ProBuild moved up my appointment to get our roof patched before the storm. The work itself was outstanding and ProBuild was highly responsive and professional. I would highly recommend ProBuild to anyone!

I originally called them because I had thought my back wall needed to be retucked and pointed, after a thorough review of my problems and looking at the state of the wall and mortar, they informed me and showed me that I only had a few spots that were bad, and that in fact my ceiling was leaking right up against the gutters. They came in just 24 hours, and fixed my roof problems, trimmed back a tree AND retucked and mortared a few spots with problems on my walls. Cheaper, faster and great service!!!!

I was taken by ProBuilds genuineness and integrity. I knew that I was dealing with a first class company from the start. The fact that they did so many extras that they found on the roof made me know that they were doing a great job. I would (and will) gladly recommend this company to our community list serve as well as individuals that I know are in need of roofing and masonry repair/replace.

They very incompetent very unprofessional. There workmanship needs improvement!

They explained what needed to be repaired on my roof to stop the immediate leak and took photos showing me the cause of the leak around the chimney. They also provided photos of other problems. SO I saw that the previous company I used a few years ago did a poor job. So now I am going to use ProBuild company to seal my flat roof with Gaco-a silicon sealant. Photos, discussions, sharing info on product and helping me do my research on product and pricing tells me this is a trusted contractor. Nothing to hide, no pressure and answered all of my many initial questions and follow up questions. I highly recommend this company.
