Proclean Hard Surface Restoration

Unfortunately during the process of getting our tile/grout cleaned, the chemicals used to clean our floor were mistakenly left on our kitchen countertop leaving a permanent mark/ring shape on our counter. Since we are still trying to get this resolved, we are not happy with the service.

Mr Minor was timely and very professional. He explained the service and was sure to make that there were no details that he had overlooked. I will use Proclean again.

My washer overflowed into the bathroom which led to the hallway and 1 bedroom. What a mess!! This was considered an emergency because we did not want mold and mildew to form. I told Geroge I would be home by 5:00 and he was there by 5:15. He spent 4 hours extracting the water, cleaning, and adding an anti-mildew chemical to my carpets. He is very courteous and dedicated to the customer, I will absolutely have him back to clean my carpets and linoleum.

George is very focused on the quality of his work and completing the job in a timely fashion. Since he was working on our 2nd home we were not able to be present while he did the job but he kept us informed about the progress. He was also very mindful of weather conditions and how that would affect the quality of the work. I would recommend him without reservation.

George is a professional with great customer service. He cleaned the carpeting in our entire house. He worked tirelessly to get our some tough stains and even returned to our home on a later date to try to get out a stain that did no come up the first time. Once clean the carpets were softer than ever. He also cleaned and sealed the grout and tile in our bathrooms. Looks fabulous! Reliable, honest, very respectful and careful with our home. I would call him back in a heart beat and recommend him without reservation.

George Minor is very dedicated to his company "Proclean Hard Surface Restoration" and takes great pride in ensuring the customer is satisfied with the work performed. I throught I needed to replace my carpet after 8 years of use, but after having the entire house cleaned and restored by Proclean, the carpet looks almost like new. Now I can get at least 3 to 5 years additonal use out of the carpet.........maybe even longer.
