Anthony “Tony” and the entire Procom team responded to my inquiry quickly, and were very professional. Procom has a number of large corporate clients, so I was impressed by the individual attention I was given as a small residential client. I had an existing system but wanted to upgrade and include cameras. I was given a clear estimate that gave me many options with the pricing spelled out for each one, and they did not try to sell me new equipment if they were able to use the existing hardware from my old system. Installation was a bit more complicated than I imagined since it involved placing some cameras outside and making sure my WiFi signal was strong enough, but my installer Tino and Tony and the Procom customer service team worked hard to make sure everything was right. I am very happy with my new system and I would definitely recommend Procom.
