Adrian was great. He called shortly after posting the Ad, was flexible with appointment times and within 24 hours of my issues, both were fixed. I hope I dont need a plumber again but if I do I'm glad I have a solid contact.

We hired Adrian and his team from ProCore Mechanical and couldn't be happier with their service. Adrian was super responsive since day one. I sent him photographs of my old boiler that was in very bad conditions, he recommended replacing it as other companies did and gave us an estimate. His price was the most competitive so we decided to hire them. After replacing the new boiler I had to call National Grid to come and turn our gas back on which was only possible a few days later. Adrian came by again after to verify everything and making sure all radiators were working properly! After dealing with not so honest plumbers in the past and having to be without heat from almost 3 weeks, we are so glad we found ProCore. Definitely recommend it.

Adrian is responsive, professional, neat and on-time. I am a landlord and he immediately helped me and my tenant who had no air-conditioning during the heat wave. He fixed the HVAC the day he promised to show up at the condo. He did the work in a couple of hours, gave me photos by e-mail to give me the detail of what work was done and why. Adrian is honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend him and his company!

ProCore are the BEST. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs fast, professional, courteous and very skilled repair for air conditioning in NYC. When my Mitsubishi central air conditioning system in my Manhattan apartment (Chelsea) abruptly stopped working in the middle of a heat wave the night before the July 4th (holiday). I was worried I would wait days (even weeks) to find a qualified repair. I called six different NYC HVAC repair companies and either couldn't reach anyone or was told that their first appointment was two weeks away. When I called ProCore (on the recommendation of a friend) I was immediately connected to a technician who listened to the situation and told me he would be there the next morning "first thing". At 8:30 am two technicians arrived and immediately got to work. They solved the problem, fixed the system, and even made some minor adjustments to make my system more energy efficient. They were friendly, courteous, professional and obviously very good at their job. Their price was very reasonable - to the point where I gave both of them a little extra to thank them for their excellent work and for coming on a holiday early morning. My apartment immediately started cooling down and the system is working better than ever. Just to illustrate the professionalism: both technicians put "covers" on their shoes that they brought with them so they didn't bring any dirt on to my floor (without even being asked to do that). This is a FIVE STAR business and I will highly recommend them to anyone who needs excellent HVAC / Air Conditioning services in NYC. In a city where there are many options - ProCore is the best of the best and I highly recommend them.

Adrian and his team at Procore is awesome! I had a problem with my HVAC and they came almost right away in short notice. They were very professional, skillful, courteous, honest, pragmatic, straightforward, and get the job done with the same fees and amount of time they quoted. I will definitely recommend Procore to my neighbors and hire them again!

Awesome experience. Arrived minutes after I called and my system was working like new in no time flat. Really good troubleshooting skills, attention to detail and super professional. Hope I don’t have to call for help again anytime soon but if I do, they have my business on lock.
