Procrete Systems USA, LLC

I did my communication with Procrete Systems through Greg Chapman (I believe he is the owner of the business). They're business is located in Vero Beach, Florida. Greg was very quick to answer my questions and replies through texts, e-mail messages, and cell phone calls. The quote I got from Greg was about $200 to $500 dollars less expensive than four other quotes I got from other companies. Greg has also been in business doing this type of work for over 30 years where others have only been in business for 1 year or less. Procrete Systems guarantees their work for 3 years. Although some of the other companies offered 10 year or "Lifetime" warranties I didn't think it made sense to get that type of warranty from business that have only been in business for 1 year or less (and that was the case for most business Home Advisor referred me to). The end result of the Epoxy surface Greg applied to my garage looks really beautiful and has a nice, slip free texture! Greg and his co-worker first ground my garage floor with a large propane powered diamond grinder to make it totally flat. My floor wasn't flat anymore because of settling of the concrete. Then he filled all of the settling cracks in my cement with a filler and ground the filler smooth with the rest of the floor. They then applied an epoxy sealer coating over the entire floor and added the multi colored flakes I chose on top of the Epoxy (they have many types and colors to choose from). These activities took place on day one (it's a two-day application). On the 2nd day they scraped and vacuumed all the excess or "loose" flakes from the floor and added the final coat of Epoxy. The Epoxy takes three days to fully cure, so you can't drive on it for three days, but you can walk on it the following day after they apply it. All in all I am very happy with the reliability of the people who did the work and the resulting finish of my garage floor. I would highly recommend Procrete Systems to apply your garage coating.

They did all that they promised. There were no delays or excuses. They arrived when scheduled and did the work quickly and professionally.

Gregg is the best businessman. He did what he said he would and on time. His price was very reasonable compared to the competitors.

I would recommend Procrete USA, honest, reliable, and does quality work.

NOT ONLY ARE THEY PROFFESSIONALS, BUT HUSBAND N WIFE( OWNERS), CAME TO OUR HOUSE ON A LATE SATURDAY.

Greg was extremely easy to work with, showed up when stated, and he and his team did a great job. Cost was very reasonable. An absolute professionally run company that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. I feel very lucky having had them do my epoxy floor.

would recommend Procrete USA, honest and professional. The job looks great and my wife loves it which is the most important thing

Greg and one employee coated the concrete floor, which had been previously painted, with an epoxy coating. They did all of the work. Greg explained everything before hand what was to be done; gave us a written fixed price; explained ea step of the process as it was being performed. The work was completed exactly as he had described and is totally what I had expected. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Greg and his team were professional and delivered above and beyond our expectations. I would recommend Procrete for anyone that wants an honest, upfront, professional company .

Awesome job, looks great.

great workers,great company.

Excellent in every way. I would definitely recommend Procrete to others. Greg is a true professional and really made me feel confident in choosing Procrete to do a quality, professional job. In my mind the price being higher than others was worth the comfort of understanding that my floor would be done professionally and I do not have to be concerned that any corners were cut or worry about problems in the future.

Good work. Too much additional work after pro's left.

Greg did all that he promised he would do, and in the time frame he promised. The 12 year old driveway and sidewalk were resealed, color release was added, and the finished product looks almost as good as the driveway looked when it was new.

LOVE THE RESULTS, WE DID RUN INTO A SLIGHT PROBLEM BUT IT WAS RESOLVED WITH GREAT SERVICE. ALSO PRESENTATION OF THE PRODUCT WAS EXCELLENT.

I worked with Greg at Procrete long distance. He installed the epoxy floor in my garage in Florida while I was living in Texas. Everything has worked out great. Nice product and Greg made sure I was happy with my new garage floor.

Quality was excellent and the final result exceeded our expectations. The value for money may be rated a 5 but I did not compare to others because of time constraints on my part

Great to work with. Was on time and completed on time. cleaned up after their selfs . The job turned out geart , everyone was pleased the with the final product .

Greg Chapman did professional and first rate job. In and out in less than 2 days. Garage floor looks like something out of a magazine. It looks indestructible and non-slip surface. Thank you Greg and Procrete!

Provided timely, quality work.

They did a great job, I would use them again.

I highly recommend this company. Greg the owner actually does the work and helped me with the design and colors that would look well with the house and yet not overpower it. Work was completed as promised and I am very happy with the results.

Prompt, courteous, fair. Showed up on time, explained the process and did what he said he would do. The garage floor looks great!

Greg was excellent to work with. Fair price, excellent work and extremely professional and accommodating. Would highly recommend Procrete for any and all concrete finishing work.. By far, superior to anyone I spoke with regarding the project.
