Prodan Construction did an excellent job for us. They listened to our needs/desires about the attic remodel, communicated well with us throughout the process and worked with us to keep the project within our budget.

This house had major wind damage to the supporting structure. With the use of engineering designs, Prodan Construction deconstructed the existing support and installed massive glulam beams with under house footings. The entire electrical was redone, the entire loft was remodeled and modernized. Prodan designed and constructed customized metal railings for stairs and loft guard rail. The stairs cut the bottom floor in half, Prodan moved the entire stairs case to back of living room, this opened up living area and made for an expansive great room. New argon filled windows were installed to include custom sized large window in irregular angles for minimum cost. Prodan was responsible for all main work and subcontractors to include the installation of electric heating (a first for this property). Throughout the entire process Prodan kept us informed of all processes and made change orders reflecting all changes. They were always professional and included a year warranty on all work. We will definitely utilize Prodan for future work after receiving rave reviews on our finished home. Thank you.

We had a mountain of dirt and rock piled high in the back yard as a result of building a retaining wall. Our concern was getting rid of the dirt before the rainy days. Thankfully Joe came and completed the job in less than one day. Exceptional guy.

I hired Prodan in October, 2016 to remodel my master bath. Throughout the job they gave me suggestion, options and choices. They worked hard to comply with all my decisions. They also worked overtime to find the right fixtures(sinks etc.). All emails and inquiries were answered promptly with the information I was seeking. Revitalization of our kitchen. Raised the ceiling, altered our cupboards, installed new counter tops and appliances. Mike's attention to detail and quality was exceptional. The Joes (there are two of them) were very responsive and professional. After having used "the contractor from hell" earlier, I can say that Prodan far exceeded our expectations. We plan on having them do flooring very soon. We highly recommend them.
