Prodigy Landscape Contracting

Al was great to work with. He and his crew did an excellent job on our play yard addition. They were on time each day and worked hard. Our only problem was that we agreed on a price-and I had him give me a scope of work-and it ended up costing more than the bid. We agreed to split the cost of the extra bark needed only because he did such a great job on the whole project. I would recommend him but as with all contracted work, a detailed scope of work is necessary.

Al and his crew were on the job as promised and performed high quality work. If I have a question about the projects I just call Al and he responds to answer all my questions and/or comes by and investigate any concerns. I have already recommended his company to a neighbor.

Al is very personable and did the work himself with a small crew. Once started they finished the job in 3 days, working late on one of those days. Funny enough our 2nd choice UNCOMMON SENSE CONCRETE did the pouring of the concrete. Apparently they often pitch in and share a job depending on location and time constraints. Our new level concrete floor looks great, almost a shame we have to put carpet on top.

Prodigy has been a joy to work with. The owner, Al, demonstrated customer focused creativity in devising a workable solution to a very tough problem. His crew installed an under the floor gravity flow french drain system which solved a water table problem that had been causing basement flooding. His crew is hard working and friendly, and price is reasonable. They get the job done right.

They came out quickly to fix the crack in our foundation. We were so pleased with them, we referred them to our neighbor who also used them for a crack she had in her foundation. They did a wonderful job and cleaned up after themselves.

So far Al has been great. The job has not been completed, but he was the first to call, the first to bid, came right on time and gave me the most reasonable bid. I'll keep you posted when the job is finished in a couple of weeks.

Fair and honest time frames for start date and finish date. Creative ideas when the design plan and reality didn't quite match. Great workers who were very nice and didn't freak out when suprised by the Great Dane in the back yard!...no guys that is not a deer, but one VERY LARGE DOG!

The team did good work and performed the services timely. We are very happy with the results of the paver and sod installation.

Al did an excellent job installing a fence and two gates for our side yard. He was prompt but thorough. He did an excellent job matching an existing neighbor's fence. He even helped our movers who were having trouble fitting our sofa through a basement door! Very friendly. I'll definitely use Prodigy on our next project.

We're just starting our project, but Prodigy has been great, and gave us a competitive bid.

Their bid was lowest - but then I found it didn't include tearing down and disposing of the old fence, which the other bids may have included. So I think that brought them to about the same price. They were really busy and it took awhile to connect and get scheduled, but once they committed to a date, they stuck to it and got the work done. The work appears to be quite well-done.

Al was very professional. He did run a bit behind on his other jobs due to family reasons, but once he started, he finished in a timely manner. We are very satisfied!
