Productive Asphalt Paving

Replaced driveway in August of 2019. Showed signs of deteriorating in February 2020. Due to the pandemic, waited until June to contact for the 2-year warranty. 4 weeks of calling, STILL NO RESPONSE from Mark.

Mark from Productive Asphalt Paving was an absolute charm to work with. He gave me a competitive pricing, showed up on schedule and completed a 100+ ft driveway plus a big back up area paving in a day. Up to now the driveway looks fabulous, no early sign of any fault. Loved working with Mark throughout. Our house had a pretty bad looking rough gravel driveway - thanks to Mark's excellent work, the whole house has got a new refreshed look. Mark (the owner) was out the day I called. He was professional explained what he would do. Gave me a good price then gave me a discount if I could start the next day. The work was high quality and done in one day, 600sq ft of paving.

Asked for Mr. Harrison to return to address some issues post-install and he was a no-show. If you you want to pay $6,500 to someone and get no follow up service, he is your man.

I hired owner Mark Harrison to seal my driveway in late-2018. He was unable to finish the job that day and also missed spots, and the portion he did do was rained on right after, badly washing away much of the sealant. Mark gave me HIS WORD that he would both return to finish the job and address any rain damage, but he never returned to finish the job and is no longer taking or returning my phone calls.

They did a very nice job, worked fast and made the edges very straight and professional looking.

They did exactly as I asked. They added stone at end of driveway to deter erosion from water.. I thought they were reasonably priced and easy to work with. My neighbor saw their work and had them repair the end of their driveway as well.

There was a very old sink hole inn our driveway and my husband and father in law were very concerned about how to repair this and repave driveway. Mark was very thorough and patient reviewing this situation and discussing options. Mark was responsive to our calls, arrived on time for estimate and was very professional. My husband has had experience working with such excavating and paving companies and as such, really asked a lot of questions of Mark. Mark was patient was answered everyone and agreed to consult with my husband each step of the way for options and decisions. This was not a very large job but we also wanted to extend the driveway a bit which required a curve alongthe lawn. Once done, we couldn't believe how great it all looked. The edges were all neat and straight, the curve was smooth and attractive. We could not have been happier with the work that was done. We would highly recommend Productive Asphalt.

I paid them in full, they set up a date, because of the emergency on their side, they were not able to come that date. Months later the work remain undone and they are not responding my my inquires.

When Mark 1st came to my house to provide an estimate & we discussed what the driveway needed from a repair perspective, I viewed him as a reputable contractor. He didn't tell me to 'rip it out' & start all over as advice I had received from another contractor, but told me resurfacing is what was needed as well as aligning the stone pavers on the sides of my driveway. The work that was performed by his team was excellent. I am extremely pleased & would totally recommend his services.

Shortly after I requested an estimate, Mark arrived to review the job. He pointed out issues with the driveway that would require additional work, which was a welcome change from contractors who give you a low-ball quote, start the job, and THEN tell you about additional work that must be done "...to do the job right." We also asked if he could create a pad for a shed in the yard beyond the driveway, which he included in the quote. But he also took care of additional requests, such as removing a couple of concrete slabs that were left from a previous contractor from unrelated work. Everything was completed on time, and the driveway looks great! I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They were great. Arrived on time, worked very hard and did a great job on my driveway. They added a new dog-leg, which works great. Mark was wonderful to work with and I would recommend them to anyone needing work.

Great job replacing my old driveway. Mark (the owner), Alex (sales), and the additional men who worked with Mark did a great job. All were professional and personable. Mark addressed all of my questions promptly, both before and after the job. One of my neighbors was so impressed I believe they are coming back this fall to replace her driveway. :-)

Reliable, quick, good quality work.

Reliable. Beautiful work. My only gripe-while job being done, there was a minor issue that required $200 extra work. Something that should have been assessed at the start. Was then discovered and added to my bill. My project was extensive. $200 was insignificant. However, I would have “let that expense” go. Despite the vastness of my project. To me that is good customer service. Did not yield. So yes I will pay this amount. But something the client should discuss early on- the what if’s that come up and cost.
