We are a Hunter Douglas endorsed company due to the attendance of over 40 seminars by Hunter Douglas. Most of our installers have earned their master certifcates from Hunter Douglas and we are acknowledged by Jerry Zicka, their sales representive. This benefits you for the simple fact that if any service fees are accrued due to a Hunter Douglas product, the fees are reimbursed to you by Hunter Douglas. We also carry all spare parts needed to complete most installations. We have serveral trucks which are fully supplied with the following: a variety of ladders, template paper, restring kits, spare parts of all blinds and every other tool to complete the job correctly. We now offer our clients a professional scheduling and customer service department. Our employees our trained in handling and making appointments with all our customers. They are eager and willing to assist you at anytime with questions and concerns you may have. Our goal is to have our customers have the greatest experience with their scheduling, purchase and installation of there blinds. For the protection of our clients, Professional Installations, Inc. carries a one million dollar liabliity policy, a $300,000 dollor policy on each truck and an employers insurance policy through the state of Nevada on every employee. We give a life time warranty on all our product and a one year warranty on all our installations and strive for the highest quality service. We currently install between 4,000 and 5,200 homes every year in the Las Vegas and Henderson area. We average about a one percent call back rate due to employee error. We feel this is a great accomplishment. We strive to do better at all times and we achieve this by having monthly installation meetings with all our employees. We conduct random job inspections and evaluations in the field. This ensures the focus of excellence on a daily basis.
