The work was done extremely well. Great attention to detail. You can tell that the team cares about what they do and are very careful with doing the best job for you. Be sure to get a detailed estimate that spells out exactly what will be paid for - labor versus materials so as to avoid any surprises.

Sal was great; there was a situation with my stovetop--it cracked but he replaced it with no problem. he worked with me to get the job done asap as i needed, and was really helpful and mindful of my satisfaction

Sal and his crew from Professional Flooring and Contracting did a great job tiling two bathroom floors, one tub enclosure (wall) and a foyer floor. They also painted a bathroom. They removed and re-installed the bathroom sinks and toilets, replaced some water valves, and installed a new tub diverter valve. We are very happy with the overall job. Sal and his crew were on time, professional, and cleaned up at the end of each day. We would use them again!

Pro Flooring far exceeded my expectations. I brought Pro Flooring in to replace all of my wood floors that had been damaged by water infiltration as a result of a hurricane. After having the job estimated out by 3 separate flooring companies, Pro Flooring was the obvious choice. Their prices are super competitive, they use the best quality product and their expertise and professionalism is unbeatable. Their team of highly-skilled craftsman worked as a unit to ensure the job commenced and was completed timely, and most importantly, with the utmost quality craftsmanship. I could not be happier with the final product!

We hired PF to resurface our hardwood floors. Sal and his team were very patient and helpful. Because of ongoing building permits, inspections, etc., Sal was very accomodating schedule wise. They explained the process in detail and answered all our questions. We couldn't settle on which stain to use, so his team applied 3 different samples of stains on the newly sanded floor for us to see how the stain would take on the oak floors. After the job was completed, we accidently taped some painting tarps onto the floor and pulled up a few patches of poly, his team re-polyed those spots for us at no extra cost to ensure that we were happy.

Informative, very timely, very professional. Our floors look absolutely beautiful now! We were in a rush, but didn't want the quality to suffer, and we were incredibly impressed.

Sal did a great job, but he was a little on the tardy side the day he finally showed up to do the job.

Sal was very responsive and easy to work with in the installation of hardwood flooring in our second floor (4 bedrooms and a hallway). His price was very fair and his team completed the job in one Saturday. The flooring is beautiful and was installed well with no harm to my furniture. The previously existing rug was removed, rolled up and place in my garage. His team was excellent, and cleaned up the area before they left. Sal was on site for most of the day and was easily accessible by phone and text message. There were a few minor issues, but Sal returned immediately to remedy them, including coming by on a Sunday. I would definitely use his company again for flooring work. (One recommendation to any homeowner replacing flooring - take down your curtains and remove your quilts from the beds before the work begins!)

When I met with Sal, he provided multiple photos of work he has done and helped me to decide on a stain for my living room, dark walnut, and a natural finish for my living room. The floors came out wonderfully! Before meeting with Sal, I wasn't even sure we would be able to save the floor, as the prior owner had covered it with carpet and left behind years of abuse from dogs, children, and from the damage, probably a herd of cattle. I would fully recommend Professional Flooring for anyone looking to have a project done, and I plan on using them again soon for 2 bedrooms and a hallway. A+++++ Work!

Rating " I had 3 contractors give me an estimate on taking up the carpet in 2 rooms and replacing it with a pre finished clear maple hardwood.Each contractor looked at a floor I had done previously which is what I wanted,all came within $200 of each other. I chose Professional Flooring over the others because the owner Sal assured me he would be on the job. The night before the job Sal called and told me he forgot about a doctors appointment at 11 am so he would have to leave but assured me his crew was capable. Sal arrived and I left for work, when I returned his crew was finishing up. The job was not complete as promised in the sales contract,when I asked I was told that they didn't have all the supplies to complete it. I asked about gaps left on the trim and nail holes put in the detail and I was told to talk to Sal who they said was gone for the weekend. When I spoke to Sal and voiced my concerns he came over and said he would take care of anything that was unacceptable. I asked why the floor wasn't what I requested and what he quoted me on his business card "3 1/2" clear maple." Sal responded" That costs more". When I went back I realized he wrote 3" on the sales order not 3 1/2" which he wrote on the business card quote. Sal left a piece of nosing and when I looked at it , it didn't match at all, I text ed him a picture and he responded "Nat has different shades I picked the best one If you want another one I will have to charge for it and it can be lighter or darker". At this point I lost all confidence in his abilities or truthfulness and chose to have another contractor finish the job at an additional cost to me.

Great service, kept all appoinments on time, personable, good workmenship. They will be doing my next project in the spring. Already recomended them to my family.

I'm so happy that I hired Sal for this job. He placed hard wood floor in my living room ,office and hallway. He was sharp on time, super fast and clean, very detailed about the project.
