Never showed back up after not fixing the 0E code, used a used part but charged full price..had us wait for the first appointment; now last Friday to now 11/17 still a no show with an appointment rescheduled?they said they had written down the wrong phone number with first appointment caused a delay in service then showed up late to that one, now no showed without a call in regards to the current appointment, DO NOT USE!!! The phone call system they use doesn?t work , it?s a scam!!

We were very pleased with the service and response to our call. We are new to the area and Steve answered my questions about particular appliances and other service vendors as well as some great suggestions for consideration, i.e. an FPL surge protector for our meter to reduce the risk of damage to our major appliances during a storm. Ww will definitely call them again for any appliance needs.

Steve was very professional and prompt and his prices were reasonable compared to 4 other companies I had called. He also stated that he has most of the parts on his truck and therefore the repair may be completed during the first visit!
