Chaz showed up when he said and did an excellent job replacing our garbage disposal. The disposal was a different model and he kept his price as quoted even though he said there may be additional plumbing needed. Stand up job and a man of his word. Would definitely use again. Great job!!!!

Chaz came out to install a new garbage disposal that was replacing a defective one He was prompt, friendly and very professional. After he installed it the disposal started smoking, Chaz immediately found out the new disposal was defective and missing a part. We immediately asked if we could go to a Home Depot 3 miles away and buy a new disposal. Even though he was on a busy schedule he agreed, He took the defective one out and when we got back from Home Depot put the new one in. He did charge us extra for the additional time but put on the receipt why he had to charge us extra and suggested we go back to Home Depot and hopefully they would give us a gift card for the difference. So basically Chaz installed 2 garbage disposals, he could have left but he was a true professional and waited 15 minutes until we returned from Home Depot. I would highly recommend Chaz for anything in the future.

He was very good and quickly removed the old disposal. Then he installed the new disposal. The new one was larger than the old one. He had to adapt the plumbing to connect it. I asked if he could fix a toilet for me while he was here. He left to buy the needed part, returned to repair the toilet. I will use him again for small tasks that need repairs.
