Steve Griner and his crew were real professionals with great skill, technical expertise and experience. They delivered a really beautiful new master bath in very confined, technically demanding upper floor condominium space. They worked diligently to solve numerous technical and locational issues because of the concrete buildings design while carefully conforming to the buildings strict renovation code constraints. The tile, stone, and glass work proved to be spectacular and the fit and finish of the final product was dazzling. I would recommend the to anyone.

Everyone is very polite and professional. The crews are hard working and do excellent work. They answer the phone and return email whenever you have a question or a request. I highly recommend this company and am planning more projects for them in the near future.

Because of our travel schedule we put the project on hold a couple times. Each time they were able to accommodate our schedule. When we were finally ready they started quickly and finished as proposed. The site was clean and safe at all times. Just a pleasure to work with.

Owner Steve grinder is very personable. Whike the addition looks nice, he the omitted several structural elements of construction, weakening the addition. His crews showed up one day or less per seeks so a 3 to 4 week project took almost 6 months. Delays meant water damage to the interior of my house to drywall and flooring.

They did an excellent job in replacing a window and small sliding glass door with a 3 pane sliding glass door..they paid attention to detail and I will have them back to remodel a fireplace and walk in shower.

They have a great team and completed all projects on time and quality work!

Got started right away. Completed the job in a pretty timely manner. Had to make a few adjustments to one part of the job but overall pleased with the outcome.

We were very happy with the quality of work of most of the work and had unforeseen work that was not done to satisfaction but was reworked nicely. I would of like to have seen work done daily with out days tha went by with no work done delaying completion of job. Outstanding issues still need correction but were due to substandard product that we purchase in plumbing materials.
