He did not do all he was asked to do. I had to get on my knees with the spot remover and did it myself. With what they charged I should not be doing this. His hose was leaking so after he left we noticed our hall floor was very wet and our front door was too. He was not easy to talk to. I know it is hard to find good people and it shows.

Rita, I am so incredibly sorry that this was your experience. From our initial notes I see that there was a filtration soiling issue "ring around the room" that was a concern to you. However, I am not sure if this is still the issue that you are having. It is our practice to reach out to our clients the day after cleaning to ensure that everything looks good and it sounds like that call my have been missed. I felt they did a great job on my 24 year old rug! The rug is used in a high traffic family room and was a bit worn is a couple of areas and we have dogs - the rug looks vibrant and clean, very happy and will use their services again.

Terrible. Did not remove the stains on the first visit; came out a second time and still have the stains. Absolutely terrible work. Unacceptable. I gave a 1/2 star because I couldn't give zero stars.
