They were on time and completed the work in what appeared to be a thorough manner. However, after the carpet dried I noticed a brownish spot in the carpet which had not been there before the cleaning. I contacted Nathien to have him come back to fix the problem. He indicated that he came on a subsequent day when no one was home. I had not agreed to that time. Subsequently, he would not provide any further response to my request. What began as a very pleasant business transaction turned into a nightmare due to poor customer service after the $500 had been paid for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Nathan and his team were professional, friendly, and on time. He gave great tips for how to care for the carpets and furniture after the cleaning. Holidays were coming up and he threw in cleaning the hallway "because it makes the home more inviting". Easy to schedule and texted day before to confirm. Highly recommend!
