They came to my home the same day that I called them and did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. My carpets looked brand new when they left. I am so pleased with them that I will have them back again when it is time to clean my carpets again. They moved all my furniture and cleaned the whole carpet, not just where it can be seen. When the furniture was put back in place they put protective strips between the wooden legs and the carpet to keep the damp carpet from getting stained by the furniture. They are really great at what they do!! Woo Woo!!

The sales people were very professionals, knowledgeable and helpful. The crew that came out were friendly and professionals, however they left without taking care of the areas that prompted us to have our carpets cleaned. We didn't realize that until they were gone b/c we couldn't enter the rooms yet. We agreed that if any dirty spots didn't come up with the regular cleaning that they would do extra work at an additional charge to remove them, but instead they said they were done and left. They were fast, and nice, but I am still going to have to have more cleaning done to remove the dirty spots

Arrived on time, completed project early, originally set up one delivery date, but they called early enough to let me know that due to illness would need to be rescheduled. Not a problem. They got the project done sooner than expected

Fast and accurate quote. Very professional. Listened to my concerns and addressed them individually before the technician arrived. Though there was a technical issue during the service (mechanical) I was kept informed and updated thought the process. The onsite tech was professional and informative. They did a wonderful job.

Seemed like a pretty basic service for $100 - basically vacuumed the carpet twice (one wet one dry). Then I had to "fill out a survey" which the guy did for me except for 2 questions - which he watched while I did it. He was a nice enough guy.

"The survey is so that I can see if my technicians are doing the work in a manner that meets or exceeds the client's expectations. I wasn't contacted by this customer, and none of the customer satisfaction report cards I received during this period were indicative of this level of service. All it takes is a call to me to correct any mistakes we have made. All techs were counseled on this issue."

The carpets with the exception of one room stayed very wet for over 24 hours. One dried within specified 4-5 hour time frame. The guys wore work boots and no protection on shoes walking in and out of house onto damp carpet (not very smart) booties are cheap and protect. Owner seemed very eager to make things right when there was a disagreement and called back immediately.

"We were at fault here. The technicians were supposed to have been in the booties, they are issued and the techs are instructed to wear them. The carpet in question was a frieze, which does take substantially longer to dry compared to standard cut pile carpets. Had I known about it that evening, I'd have been happy to reclean as necessary and set drying fans to speed dry. A credit was issued."

The carpet was very nasty in the high traffic areas and I thought it would have gotten cleaner than it did.

"Carpet, if not maintained, will, especially in the traffic areas, experience serious abrasion from the particulate trapped in the carpet. This will result in light reflecting differently in the high traffic areas as compared to the surrounding areas. This dark "lane" is called graying. There is no amount of cleaning effort that will remove the abrasions that cause graying."
