They were prompt on time . Very cordial. W explained the process and steps they would take to clean carpet. My carpet really needed a deep cleaning and they did a fantastic job. Looks new. Will use them again.

The crew new the best cleaning solution for our baby girl to stay safe and to eliminate any mold and mildew that had grown in the basement. We felt safe knowing we would welcome our baby girl in just a few short months. She started crawling fast and we felt comfortable with her crawling around on the carpets because Nathan and his crew did such a fantastic job! However, after the carpet dried I noticed a brownish spot in the carpet which had not been there before the cleaning. I contacted Nathien to have him come back to fix the problem. He indicated that he came on a subsequent day when no one was home. I had not agreed to that time. Subsequently, he would not provide any further response to my request. What began as a very pleasant business transaction turned into a nightmare due to poor customer service after the $500 had been paid for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Nathan and his team were professional, friendly, and on time. He gave great tips for how to care for the carpets and furniture after the cleaning. Holidays were coming up and he threw in cleaning the hallway "because it makes the home more inviting". Easy to schedule and texted day before to confirm. Highly recommend!

The two professionals who were coming to clean my grout were running late because they were hung up with an earlier client. However, they let me know. I was ok with this because my day was free. Once they arrived, they were completely professional. Everything was completed just as I wanted. They cleaned up after themselves making sure that all of the dust and dusty water was cleaned off of the tiles. I would definitely recommend them.
