Professional Carpet & Tile

He came in my house, did not do the job he was going to do for my kitchen grout, and stained and ruined my sofas with a chemical. He will not give his insurance information to get his situation resolved.

Great job on patio tiles that were damaged by another tile company. Thinking I would have to replace the tiles and grout they restored the flooring to blend with the rest of the patio tile. Very professional, showed up on time. Pleased with the final results. Would hire again.

I hired the company to re-grout some tiles in my shower. The job was done poorly, and I cannot get the owner to respond to my calls, and email. They actually made my shower tiles worse, and when I call to get them to fix it, they stated they would, but did not show up, and now they do not return my calls. I have pictures of the damage they done. They also over charged me for the quote that was given. I was given a full refund from the owner.

There was a little mix up in the carpet cleaning, another appointment was made and Pat and his worker were great. Very pleasant and on time. Highly recommend them.

Carpets were done excellently. The only problem was one closet not properly cleaned leaving lint along baseboard and in corners.

After having three dogs in the house for four years and family traffic our carpets looked ready to be replaced, so we called Professional carpet & tile, Pat & Johnny turned up on time and did a fabulous making our carpets look new again plus they touched up a couple of rugs. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

I have been trying to reach Pat More to follow up on some remaining grout lines for the past three weeks. Not sure if his business is still in existence. I have not gotten any returned call or text. I will appreciate if he can return the call and resolve some stubborn grout lines. As of today, I still have not heard from them!

I wish I could give LESS than half a star! During the estimate I asked the owner, PM, if he would protect the floor and carpeting outside the two bathrooms. He said yes. Yet when he came three days later, he didn't put anything down. I found a 4-foot trail of puddles on the laminate outside the guest bath. I asked that it be wiped up. The carpeting outside the master bath was soaked in spots. I grabbed rags to blot it up. I asked him why he hadn't protected the floors and carpet as he said he would. He didn't answer my question and instead blamed "leaky Chinese equipment." But he knew it was leaky, so that should have been even more reason to put down protection, yet he didn't. After he left, I noticed that some of the spills on the laminate had resulted in damage to the finish. Cloudy spots on brown laminate that had been nice prior to his carelessness. I immediately emailed him about it, asking how he planned to remedy the damage. So far, he has not replied.

They broke 3 items and only told me about one. Never offered compensation for the broken item. They missed a LOT of the grout. I wanted to check on how well my floor was cleaned, so the next day I steam cleaned it and the pad was filthy.

Pat and Shelia did a great job. They work fast and are detail oriented.
