They charged $582 to install interior door, attach plywood panel, and adjust outside door. Should be around $250. They double charged me and after several attempts at contacting them and being ignored. I want to let everyone know these are scam artists. Quality of work is super below professional.Stay away...scam artists !

I would never recommend Bob Rxxxxx. Not on time, not a professional AT ALL , wanted more money ALL the time, was told job would be done in 2 days, job was not 1/2 done, in 3-1/2 days. You cannot have a sensible conversation with him. I am 77 and have worked with many contractors/ handymen, Bob is by far in the top 5 of the worst. I would never want him to be one on one with anyone who knows little about the trades, he, in my opinion is the type person who would take advantage. Check out the inside of his beat up truck before you give him any deposit. I wish I would have. I believe the way a man treats his tools and who hires out as a tradesman, is a good window into how his work will be completed. He is the 1st and last person that I will use from Home Advisor and I will be passing the word. PS: I feel he verbally threatened me as he left and I did fill out a police report.

Y’all about excellent service! Very professional! My house wasn’t safe due to my front door being broken and I called Bob late evening due to the emergency I needed the door fixed immediately. Bob not only came out hours later but had the job done within 2 hours tops! I am more then great full for the outstanding service ! Bob your awesome ! They replaced two door thresholds. The work was poorly done, they left a mess and did not finished the job properly. They promised to come back and fix it but never did.

The Door he installed is a damaged door that he has either bought second hand and fixed it and then used for me making me believe that it is a new door or that it was a new door but that he claims rain in his storage damaged it but he fixed it. Regardless, our family does not approve of it and despite me texting him on replacing it as he has gotten paid, he has not yet responded. I would like a new proper quality door replacing the one he has in now and be a proper new door. I paid for what I was told will be a new quality door. Our family is totally dissatisfied and unhappy with this situation. He pointed out the damages on the door after it was installed and said once it is painted it will look fine, but we are not in agreement with that. I accepted it initially but after our accessing it , it will not look new and proper despite painting it. I hope Home Advisor will assist us on this issue to be resolved to our satisfaction or else we will never use their recommended Vendors for our needs. We contacted them and he returned and fixed everything great. We are satisfied with his attention to what we needed fixed and his willingness to attend to it and fixed it in a timely manner. Yes, they are dedicated to making anything they mess up to getting it right. We are pleased and would use them again of we have to.

He was very professional. He did an excellent job. Even did a couple of things that I had not requested at first, but needed to be done. The door knob was loose and he fixed that.
