They called me and set up an appointment and then they cancelled due to being sick. After I received their voicemail explaining this I called back and left a message about rescheduling and then never heard back from them.

I started with the door to tight and not closing correctly. The door was fixed, so it would close without hitting the top part of the double door, but now the door is to far away from the other door and doesn't close with a good seal.

The work they did was great, but the woman (Lori) who you have to deal with when you call to get your work done is extremely rude and difficult to talk to. I would not reccomend them if they were free if you had to deal with Lori. I knew of them because a condo developer I know used them. I heard they had one extremely difficult employee, but put that aside and used them. Big mistake. I was supposed to have the job done in 2 days, but turned out to be 5 days and it was all my fault according to Lori. Job done well, but look elsewhere!

Professional, straight forward, reasonable price for project, friendly and helpful

The finished project looks nice. The project took longer than what I had been told. The clean up was not good. If I had known that I was supposed to move my furniture I would have. No precautions were made to protect my dining room furniture and my antique desk. We had rock sized pieces of plaster flying through the dining room, plaster dust covered the dining room and to vacuum that one area clogged my vacuum. The old doors and other debris was left, and I had to call and ask them to haul it away. The painter did a great job with the completion of the doors. The end result is that the doors look nice, but getting to that point wasn't.

They did a very professional job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Mark, the technicial sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable on how to solve my shower door problem. He recommeded the most cost effective and design method to meet our quality standards.
