He called me within minutes of my requesting assistance. He had the repair done within less then 1/2 of the day. He was reasonablly priced. I did not meet him as a friend took the blind to him--my friend said he was professional and nice. He did a great job on the blind--good as new! I'm keeping his card for future use as I have blinds on all my windows.

We love our shutters; we had another company out that was too pushy with their own product and could not satisfy our needs. This by Professional Drapery Service, Inc., was for 34 windows; the shutters will aid in keeping the California heat out. Philip helped us save money, was so efficient, courteous and polite. We will absolutely hire him again and have referred him to everyone.
