Very happy with the work and the customer service. After they had looked at my piece, Paul called me to explain the repair that was needed. The work was done promptly and the cost was reasonable. I would use this company again and I recommend it.

They were more expensive than other firm I spoke with, but were excellentworkers were very knowledgeable. A little slow on pricing the job, but results were excellent.

Paul Koppenheffer is affable and accommodating. In addition to sizing up the project, he advised me on what furniture polish to use and was forthcoming in discussing other projects I had in mind . Milton, who did the actual repair, was quick and thorough. I highly recommend this firm.
