I hired this company to final clean a house I am selling. They bid on the job, I met with the Owner at the house and walked everything so they would see exactly what needed to be done, what I expected and how much work there was to do and the conditions at the house. I accepted the price, although it was more than 20% higher than the next bid. They knew the tight schedule and agreed to complete it on time. They showed up on time to work, although they had 24 hours to complete, they informed me they were complete in about 12 hours. I paid them in full. When I returned next in the daylight it was very apparent they were not anywhere close to being complete. Many missed areas, half-complete areas, or areas so poorly done they looked worse than when they started. I called the Owner and after telling me the work was done, they never get complaints, I am told the first chance they will have to come and look at my complaints would be over 2 weeks away. They know there was no time for a 2-week wait. The house would not be sitting there waiting for them to return and look in 2 weeks. After going back and forth, the owner and one worker show up the next day. I walked them through the entire house. Once they saw how terrible the cleaning was, they stopped complaining and both stayed and worked about 6 hours cleaning up the poor work left by their crew. I told them with just 2 people you will never have the house final cleaned by the end of the day or by the next day. They needed to get the crew back here with competent supervision and clean the house correctly, they were paid in full more than any other contractor bid on the job to do a professional job. They disappeared when I was not watching them after about 6 hours and never said anything to me, never called to schedule returning and completing. The Owner knew the house was not cleaned correctly and what was not completed was clearly in the contract. They just cut out and never bothered to get back to me. They got paid 100% and delivered about 60% after I paid them more than any other bid. They know they were leaving me in a very bad position. They knew I would have to get others to complete. They did not care. I would be very careful about hiring this company for anything you need to be cleaned professionally. They may be OK to do construction clean, or trash picks up, but if you are looking for a complete, final clean, professionally done by a company that will stand behind the work they do and come back when something is wrong, DO NOT hire this company. You will end up like me, paying twice for the job they should have done the first time and got paid for. Even with the fact that they came back, saw the mess that was left, and the poor work done by her crew, they put in 6 hours and disappeared without a word then never called or returned did not make this situation better. It seemed like they really did not care, they collected 100% already. Be cautious with this company, the Owner sounds good and presents well, which helps to put you at ease with them. Unfortunately, she does not back up her promises with action when her crew does not perform well. She gives the customer a hard time, came back and looked at the mess, she did not immediately call back her crew and put the time and effort in to do the job correctly, even though they were paid 100%. She did some corrections, left without a word, and never contacted me again. Be careful, this could happen to you. besides the stress and time. it was expensive to pay again for something already paid for. if you do hire this company, Be cautious and check everything before you pay in full.

This was a last min request and they made it happen. They were on time and very kind and respectful. The workers knew what they were doing and had a plan after the tour. Great company wish more were like this one.
