    The service person Ripley was 10 mins early , he was extremely articulate , cheerful , communicative and went above and beyond to make it a great experience . There was no charge to come out there to diagnose whether electrical upgrade was needed for our dishwasher . The total was very reasonable and he didnâ t try to upsell us . Instead he was honest and told us all the possibilities and his recommendation which was the cheapest option . Definitely will check them out when we need our heat and a/c checked as well after this great experience.

    New geothermal zoned system installed to replace our aging geo unit. The commissioning process has been pretty disappointing so far. The installer initially mis-configured the zones, so that it was sending conditioned air to the wrong parts of the house and everything was confused. They came back the next day and fixed that, but the new system still is not heating our home correctly. Some zones overshoot temp (uncomfortable when sleeping), and another zone never reaches setpoint at all. These growing pains would not be an issue if the installer was responsive to the problem... but I keep being told (for two weeks now) that the system has to learn that the algorithm will figure itself out.. meanwhile there has been no follow-up and the installer obviously has no sense of urgency to the fact that our home is colder now, with new equipment than it was with the old. We feel like we have been left to deal with it on our own, so I cannot at this time recommend Professional Services, and you might want to look elsewhere.

    Everyone was very helpful and patient and very knowledgeable on helping me decide which furnace to get which also means which company to go with. The installation of my furnace went very well. Had a little bit of a noise with the furnace they came And fixed it right away. And they have gone above and beyond to help me was payments and payment plans and coupons I can't think them enough for their patience and willing to work with me and make me a very happy customer.
