They really know their stuff when it comes to roofing and other home repairs. After replacing my roof almost a year later I had another issue, my gutter fell due to a snow storm. Mike and his team were amazing. He was very thorough in estimating my new roof and gutters, and was careful to explain his products and scope of work. I was impressed with how his team accomplished additional repairs, without hesitation and with exceptional attention to detail. The final product looks great, better than I expected, and was done for a very reasonable cost. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality and speed of their work! I would definitely use PHS again, and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

First of all Mike Gunderson the owner was in contact with us every day and on site almost every day to review the work and ask if we had questions. Additionally Mike took care of small items that were uncovered during the work and never asked for more money. Mike and his team did an amazing job siding my house. He was extremely professional and the job was completed very quickly and looks amazing. His pricing was great and much lower than other bids that were given. I would higher recommend this company and plan to use them again on future projects.

Because of the shape and type of roof some of the shingles are not conforming to the curvatures of the old shingles. Was told that they should correct with time and solar heating of the tiles; and that I should call if this does not happen and they will correct with other methods. Otherwise they were very good to work with and provided good product and service.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job installing siding on our 500 sq ft shed. He matched our house perfectly. The price was SUBSTANTIALLY lower than the other quotes we received. They started and finished on time and ensured that all debris was removed afterwards. We appreciated that Mike kept us updated throughout the project. He really takes pride in his company’s work and it shows. We highly recommend Professional Home Services and will definitely use them again in the future.

They were extremely easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The tiles were a bit off color in one area due to a manufacturer issue, and before I even caught it, Rae sent me a picture of how it looked and let me know they would be coming to make it look correct. It was fixed the very next morning. She helped me dump trash that was left in my recycle bin in their trailer and she took the time to help me measure some broken windows I have to replace. The cost was thousands lower than an estimate I got from another company. I would definitely recommend and use them for my future properties.

I had Mike replace all my aging windows by April 8, 2017. There were 17 total. His crew had them all done in 2 and a half days. They had to make new aluminum trim around some of them. The price was great, and the final looks great, but there are some areas where I feel the caulking needs to be replaced and I haven't heard back from Mike on getting it fixed.

Best experience I have had with home improvement

Our house looks great! We are very happy with the quality and workmanship and with communication throughout the process. We appreciate the lack of high-pressure sales tactics. We chose to re-use our existing shutters to save a little on the project; some companies would have tried to talk us out of that decision. The crew was respectful of our home; they cleaned up before leaving each day.
