Munoz Renovations, LLC

He did what he said when he said he would do it!

Mr. Munoz estimated one day, repaired 3 doors the next. I would recommend PHRS to anyone needing someone they can trust, and deliver quick service. Very respectful. Bill in Las Vegas <><

Mario & Victor arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were extremely polite and professional. He was able to come in under the quoted price and passed those savings on to me! He had estimated a two day job because of all the special cuts that would have to be made, but was able to finish in half the time and MY CROWN MOLDING LOOKS FANTASTIC! I am getting a quote on another job from him. I'm so glad I have found a dependable, honest company that takes pride in in their work and are honest. Would highly recommend PHRS to anyone! 10/19/2014 AN UPDATE!!! Mario's crew installed granite counter tops today and they look AWESOME!! The price was well under 2 other bids and done quickly. Happy again a 2nd time!!!

9/2014- Mr. Munoz sealed grout in our new home. He was focused, cleaned up after himself and did a quality job. We are very pleased.

Mario did a great job

Very quick and efficient work.

Mario is an EXCEPTIONAL contractor, handyman, flooring installer, etc!! He put in new flooring, new countertops, painted home interior and exterior, changed out all water faucets/fixtures, installed closet doors and more!!! He was ALWAYS on time, EXTREMELY professional and came right in on budget!! He is just THE BEST!! Thank you so much Mario!! We look forward to working with you again!! :)

Mario took the time to come out to our location and survey the job, providing our business with a fair estimate. On the day of the job, he was prompt and professional and we were very happy with the outcome. We were so pleased that we plan on using him again as we do not have an "in house" maintenance crew of our own.

Mario came and did job after hours as this was damage do to a break in so had to be done asap. They did a great job and were very conscientious. I plan on hiring him to do some work on my personal home.

excellant

Mario arrived in a timely manner, listening to what I needed to have done and proceeded to do the work...worked quietly and efficiently. I had given him a list and he completed everything on it. He was very neat too. I will hire him again. The projects were a variety of things...installing a doorstop, installing a grab bar, etc. Very pleasant.

Very reliable & easy to negotiate...

Excellent service and low cost.

Mario showed up when he said he would and quickly installed a new doorbell and repaired the wiring on my house address light. He only charged me $50 which I thought was too low, I gave him another $25 plus $25 for hammering some nails around my house so that I could hang Christmas decorations. I highly recommend Mario and will use him again.

Prompt, efficient and fabulous price to install bar in shower. Expected to pay $150 or so, and he charged $50

I had hired another handyman the day before who did a horrible and inadequate job. Mario came in and knew immediately what to do and did it in one third of the time it took the other guy. I hired him to do additional work

Mario was on time, fair and is a true professional. He quickly and expertly installed a kitchen sink, microwave and cook top. He also does an excellent job on tile. My search for a handyman is over!

Mario is very professional and does a great job. He knocked down my chimney and put a wall which is looking great. He also repaired the shingles in my roof that were damaged due to a storm that we had. I highly recommend him to anyone, and this won't be the last time we hire him.

Mario gave me the best quote for my refurbishment project and did a good job. I had to be more hands-on with managing him than I like, but for the price difference it was worth it. I would use him again and recommend him too.

Very prompt service. Good work. Moved large pieces of furniture from one room to another.

Mario was on time, very courteous, and completed all projects in a professional manner.

Mario was prompt in getting in touch with me and coming over to give the quote. Also he did a good, clean job.

He was quick and the job was perfect.

Mario was very courteous and very professional. I plan on using him for my handyman in the future. He allso added some crowne moulding for me which turned out beautiful .

He was prompt, friendly and very fast. His prices were very reasonable.
