We used Florida Energy Solutions to apply spray foam insulation to a 16x24 shed which is used as my wife's sewing studio. They were out to give me an estimate, and shortly after, completed the job. They even returned to make sure all was well after the installation. A job well done.

Our company needed around 2100sqft of insulation in our building. I reached out to several different companies for estimates. What made us go with Florida Energy Solutions is that Tom not only gave us a cheaper quote than everyone else, he also managed to get everything scheduled and completed within one week since I first contacted him. His competitors where saying they were too busy and that it would take several weeks before they could start. Tom on the other hand shifted a few jobs around and squeezed us into his schedule. In terms of quality I believe it will get the job done. Considering we have a corrugated metal roof I understand it is not very simple to give an even coat over the whole thing. His guy Raul did a great job though overall. Not only that but Tom went beyond the scope of the original job that we needed with the insulation but also said he could get the foam painted (which we wanted to do regardless). All in all we are very satisfied with this company and would definitely hire again and would recommend to other people. The whole process took 7 days from first call to final check. The job itself took only 2 days, the first day the insulation was sprayed and the second day the paint was sprayed.

Our work happened right after hurricane Irma, so it was a bit stressful. They were generous enough to let us borrow an outlet for power from their generator while they were here. Everyone was very polite and professional. We had the open spray foam work done on an older home, so the ceiling had to be cut out and replaced in some areas. Afterward, we opted for the knockdown to replace our popcorn ceilings. It was a bit expensive, but matched the quantity and quality of the work done. God bless them for their patience through the entire project. I would highly recommend them for attic insulation and drywall work.

This stuff really works! Our attic is so much cooler now. And Florida Energy Solutions makes sure that the customer is satisfied before they sign off on the project. Lots of contractors make those promises when they're getting the contract, but Tom really follows through.

We did a whole house renovation. Since the drywall had all been removed in most of the house, I was looking for a different method of insulating. Tom showed up, explained the process and benefits of the spray foam, and stayed on top of the entire job after I hired him. All the old insulation was removed and the spray foam made the whole house like a gigantic cooler. We also had all the concrete block drilled and filled with foam to create an airtight house. I am very satisfied.

We have a very tight attic - but the installers got it done.

I did about a 700 ceiling in my garage. It took about two hours for two men to complete. They covered everything with plastic and cleaned up when they were done. I immediately noticed a much cooler garage! Well worth the money. Thank you

Tom Mullen educated us about what our home needed in order to be well insulated. He told us about all of the products offered. When we told him we'd be moving within 2-3 years, he suggested we purchase 2 solar attic fans, as we'd get a return on our investment by then. The only reason we didn't give 5 stars was that our fans were scheduled to be put in Saturday, but no one called to let us know they didn't come in. We sat and waited for 2 hours until my husband called. That's when we found out the fans didn't come in. We had to re-schedule, but the following week, they were there on time! Tom apologized for the inconvenience. Also, regarding price, we checked prices on attic fans, and the Attic Breeze is a little more expensive, but well constructed and made in the USA, not China.
