Professional Keepers uses the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) recommended guidelines of cleaning residential carpet. All of our technicians are IICRC certified, giving you a guarantee that none of our competitors can. Hot water extraction is the safest, most effective method of cleaning carpet. IT IS ALSO THE ONLY CLEANING METHOD RECOMMENDED BY CARPET MANUFACTURERS. Hank at Professional Keepers responded to my inquiry on a Sunday and got right back to me with a day and time he could come. He arrived when he said he would and did a great job of cleaning the carpets in my elderly parents home. I know it had not been cleaned in years and needed it very badly. It looks and smells so much better. I would recommend them and use them again.

Had professional keepers clean carpet and sanitize tile floor in house I was moving into. I was not living in area sobhad to trust them to go into house and complete job.. Did a great job and called me when job was complete. Tile floors felt and looked shiny and clean. Carpets were clean. House was move in ready for us.

Great people to work with. My carpet looks amazing. They did needed repairs and cleaned them. Showed up on time and where very professional. Did not try to sell me services I did not need. The quote they gave me is just what I paid. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to all my friends and family!

The two young men were prompt and very friendly. Worked hard and fast....within the time frame estimated. And the price was good. It may have been due to the age of the furniture, but they just couldn't get all the stains out, I was somewhat disappointed; but I was pleased with the effort.
