I found Jims number on line, not HomeAdvisor and figured I would give my neighbor the business. Well it went the other way and I got the Business from him. You would think someone with their name attached to their company and a neighbor of mine would be fair and honest. In my experience Jim Kocheff is a opportunist, cheat and a hothead who does not follow up on his customer, reply to emails, voicemails or text. He has refused to come back and re evaluate the problems he charged me for and promised to remedy on his initial visit in July 2020. Jim also brings his personal problems with him, which I can not divulge here as this is not the proper forum.

Jim Kocheff has shown himself to be an adolescent in my experience and opinion. After I reproached him, via text, for berating and bullying my 86yr old mother for having overlooked a dog poop, he responded to me with an expletive ladent text calling me a sexist , word for feminine, and daring me to talk to him in person, seeming to imply that he would beat me up when I did. After him tantrum with my geriatric mother, we assured Jim that we would make every effort to clean up the yard before his arrival. But, when we asked him to simply knock on the door , if we happened to overlook a poop now and then, so that we could take 20 secs to pick it up, he refused to exceed to that simple request. Instead saying we need to be punished by him , electing to impose a $10 penalty, and then not even picking it up himself. Rather preferring to get it all over the wheels of his equipment. Jim Kocheff seems to have stopped his emotional development in the 10th grade. I could not advise his existing and potential customers not to hire him.

Jim and his crew came out the day after I spoke with him. I had a tough job but they did a wonderful job and Jim was very reasonable on the cost. Hope to use their services again and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Jim perfomed my yard tasks alone as it was preseason before his crew came on. He quoted me a fair price and completed the tasks as promised.His work was a significant improvement on my front yard.What set Jim apart from others who bidded on the job was sending a written quote ,responsiveness and the price was fair and remained the same at the end of the job.I had called four other landscapers who gave me a verbal quote only. In addition he showed up with proffessional grade tools to handle most yard work,I was impressed with his tools. As an out of state transplant he gave me insightful information about my yard and Cleveland Heights. I plan on hiring his crew for future work.

Great service. There when you need them

Jim responded to our call came by in the evening and had his crew come the next day. Have been cutting the grass about three months now and we are very happy with their service. They are polite and professional very happy we found them.

He has only worked for 1 Week

Jim and his crew did exactly what we asked done in our backyard. Jim responded promptly and put his crew to work almost immediately. Even though the temps were hovering near 90 degrees most days, they worked non-stop until the job was completed. A very professional and polite group of guys to deal with. Cleaned up at the end of every day and returned early the next. Will definitely keep Jim and his crew on the top of our list for any future landscaping needs!!

He called me right away and cut my grass within 48 hours.
