Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would hire again. The next day refrigerator was the same before they came. Called back but did not come back. Refrigerator not fixed, our money! Not happy!

Workers sent out were less than professional. Did not explain what was done and what new parts were installed. Did not leave a written bill with explanations. The owner was professional when reached, but could not explain what happened on the call or breakdown of charges. The situation was complicated due to we as homeowners were not present (vacation, out of town).
