Professional Maintenance Services did an excellent job on several remodeling jobs that we had in our basement from opening up our kitchen wall for an open concept space to building a new wall in closet for us. In addition, they also provided paint services as well. Everything was exactly as we desired. We were also very impressed by their housekeeping each day. There workers went the extra mile to keep dust to a minimum and cleaned up each day which was much appreciated as we have a little one year old who likes to get in everything! Iâ d highly recommend this company and plan on using them again on future projects!

Great company with Mr John Terry as the owner. His crew rewired, hung drywall and painted one room and put fresh coats of paint on a second room. Very pleased with the results! Most importantly: I have emailed and texted him at all hours and have never waited more than 10 minutes for a response. Our house is full of projects and he will be our first call when we are ready!

John was great about communicating with me if things changed and was very responsive to my questions. They were able to complete the job in a timely matter and with great workmanship! WOW! The guys doing the work (Mark, Taylor, and Chris Evans) were very courteous, quick, and very, very professional. Mr. Terry (owner of PMS) was always prompt in answering my questions, always just a phone call away. They did a wonderful job (drywall and ceiling popcorn). I would definitely recommend them.

Mr. Terry and his crew put up drywall in no time! He sent a crew of a father and his two adult sons and I couldn't be happier with quality of work and how nice all the guys were.
