Water Main - Install, Replace or Repair
My actual problem was my well not providing water after a power outage. I think my previous review describes my experience. Iâ m not sure why you are requesting another review? The experience of using this app is worse than having the problem itself, due to the constant inundation of emails and texts even though Iâ ve hired someone and marked the job completed!

Well Pump Repair or Service
I confess I was stressed as my lack of water was the third bad thing to happen this week for me. My car died, my power went out in only my home, and then I had no water after power was restored. So having a compassionate, professional technician arrive calmed me immediately. His diagnostic skills were quite amazing! It turns out, it wasn’t my pump (thank goodness!), but a power issue. Thank a million times over, Christian!

I like the thirty day call back warranty if needed . The care that was taken to keep the area clean during and after the repair. Steve took the time to listen to me concerning what I thought was wrong with the toilet. The job was repaired and completed in a short time fram.!

Well Pump Installation and Replacement
Outstanding business!!! Very professional and knowledgeable. Technicians came out diagnosed the bad well pump and failing pressure tank quickly, and were able to start work the same day. The guys worked late to ensure that we got our water back running after being out for 2 day over the holiday, and even improved our pressure and flow over what it had been. I couldn't be happier with their work. Christian, Josh, Tom, Jared, and the owner were all very easy to work with and went to great lengths to ensure that everything was done not only quickly, but correctly. They really care about their customers and take pride in the work that they do. Highly recommended!!!!

Christian called before arriving, told me the cost before starting work. All work completed in a timely manner. Christian explained what the job required and accomplished all to my satisfaction. Christian wore PPE while in my home, and that was appreciated. PPSI is very dependable.

Well Pump Repair or Service
Well water stopped working. Tom came out early Monday morning and quickly fixed the problem, a well pressure switch. By 10 am water was restored. I highly recommend Tom and Professional Plumbing Solutions.

Well Pump Repair or Service
Great crew that came out to do the work. Quick response to our needs (well pump stopped working on a Sunday morning). Called them, technician was out in @ 1-hr to troubleshoot our loss of water in the house. Their crew was out first thing Monday to replace the pump. Good communication, great work, and follow up to ensure all was to our satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Sump Pump - Repair or Replace
Company came to my home on Sunday evening, July 22, 2018 after flooding storms to replace my sump pump. There was a $200.00 charge to come out on a weekend. There was a 4% charge if I paid with a credit card. Total cost would be $900.00 ( plus 4% for use of credit card). I ended up buying a good quality sump pump for $160.00 and my friend installed the pump readily.

"I understand being upset that the pump failed and your basement flooded and that you had waited for a day or more for another company to show up that never showed. I understand the stresses of having things fail and your property and belongings being damaged. I don't understand being upset or not happy with the punctuality and responsiveness when the technician returned your call less than 30 minutes from the time you contacted our answering service and arrived at your home less than 2 hours after speaking with you. I also do not understand being upset with the price when the technician quoted a ballpark price prior to coming out to your home. If you felt that the price was too high, that would be the time to decline the call and get other estimates, not after he arrives at your home Sunday night at 8pm. If price was a concern you did have the option of waiting until Monday to have the work done which would save a lot of money versus Sunday night. I am happy that you were able to resolve your pump issue and I am sorry that you are not happy with our pricing to have a technician come out to complete this project Sunday night."
