I highly recommend Professional Plumbing and Heating to everyone! I have to say that the owners Phil and Todd are the nicest guys I ever had the pleasure of hiring for a job. My husband and I bought the **house from hell** and since day 1 we have had so many bad things happen. We just had our Grinder Pump fail. We found out thanks to them that the previous owners put a subpar pump in and disconnected the alarm at the panel box and also at the pump. I think I woke Phil up when I called him to tell him the pump alarm was going off at 1045pm. He said they would be out the next day to look at it. We asked for an estimate in tears thinking about what else could go wrong!! They got back to my husband with a super reasonable quote. We asked them to order the pump and install it. So as they are installing it they find the old pump is working! Some places might not have even checked that, but they were very honest and told us the pump is working, what did we want to do! Since the house is now 16 years old we wanted them to replace it. They told us every step of the way what they were doing and what the game plan was. Poor Todd and Phil were here working on a very humid day and Todd was even down in the grinder pump going the extra mile for us the customer!! This company is owned by the two men who were here working. They are very hard workers who did not take any breaks! Both Phil and Todd seem like honest, caring people who you can tell have pride, integrity, and values which show in their business dealings. We will be using them again in the future for any of our needs since they will obviously go the extra mile for their customers! Very professional, courteous, and honest. Got the shower installed in the time quoted. They cleaned up daily. Kept us informed each day of their progress and explained things as they went. 4-19-2022 Work was not up to par,. Inside shower has unlevel tiles and caulking fell out. Not very happy with my shower.

Phil and Todd were very Professional and Courteous. They were hard working and cleaned up the site before leaving for the day. They explained everything they were going to do and how to operate the new boiler. They were honest and prices were reasonable. They came back a week after the project was completed to make sure everything was running properly and to make sure we were satisfied. Would definitely recommend this company
