Professional Plumbing Service lives up to its name. They are very professional and courteous. Joe responded very quick to my plumbing needs and scheduled an appointment for the day I called him. Then even came back the next day to fix an issue that the previous homeowner had done without any questions. Absolutely wonderful customer service and will hire again if needed.

Joe was very quick to respond to my request. He made an appointment for the following day, diagnosed the problem and replaced a hot water heater all in the same day. As an out of town landlord, he coordinated with me and my tenant, keeping us informed of every step. A very good experience!

Professional, went right to work. Unclogged my kitchen sink. Took all apart, cleaned and put back. Then he did same for a slow bathroom drain no extra charge! This guy is awesome.

The team was professional and very accommodating. They were forthcoming about what to expect regarding service and costs and this was appreciated. They were also on time which really counts when others don't value your time. I would hire again, if needed, and I also recommend their service.
