Water Feature - Install a Pond
Hired this contractor to deconstruct an existing pond in July 2013.We agreed on a date and a price.On the scheduled day, he showed up 2 hours late and sent his foreman instead.We wanted the pond,rocks, pots and bricks around the pond removed and the sloped smoothed out.When the foreman left , the job was incomplete.I paid the foreman thinking he was going to come back and complete the job.When he left there were rocks, bricks, and pots still around the pond. I immediately contacted the contractor about this and completing the job. It is August 2013 and job is still incomplete.
