PRS was great to work with. They performed mitigation to stop water damage after our water heater leaked. They then repaired the sheet rock, base boards, and flooring in our garage and first floor. It turned out beautiful. The staff was great to work with - very friendly, professional and clear communications.

Their name says it all - PROFESSIONAL. They took a bad day and turned it into a good day. My one phone call to them calmed me down and insured me that I would be taken care of in a timely manner. I was expecting several different people at my home and then realized that they were fully staffed to take care of all my needs. Their name and number should be on your phone - do not waste any time looking for other companies.

I highly recommend PRS for mold mitigation and drying out the areas that have become saturated with water due to a leaking roof. Kevin, Drew and the PRS teams were professional in every level of the work they performed. They were responsive, they were courteous and they knew how to address our issues. Project Manager Drew was constantly checking with us over a period of about two months on the progress our contractor was having in identifying the leak. He could not have had more empathy for the issues we were dealing with. The teams onsite, as well as the folks in the office were customer focused throughout the process. The pricing was fair as well. If you need these type of mold mitigation services then PRS is the company you should contact.

PRS performed a major restoration job including a kitchen, hallway, bathroom, ceiling, and structural work. The Project Manager, Kevin, was outstanding. He kept me informed of schedules and status in a very timely manner, He insured that the workmanship was of the highest standard and had anything that appeared below PRSs high standards redone without me prompting. I would recommend PRS to anyone needing restoration or remodeling services.

I had an excellent experience with PRS on a recent repair for storm damage. They were professional, reliable, and friendly. I used a different company for the mitigation after the storm and then used multiple contractors for the repairs. With such amazing customer service, I wish I had PRS do the whole job! If we ever need restoration services again, PRS will be the only company I call!

Bill and Kevin were great to work with--they did an excellent job and were very helpful throughout the process. Can't say enough about PRS ! From owner Kevin Reinert , all the trades to Project Manager Bill Daley the restoration process was seamless from beginning to end ! First , Kevin explained the entire restoration process and worked with our Nationwide agent and our mortgage company to get all the necessary paperwork completed . Next , the trades were fantastic : highly skilled , polite and easy to work with . Next , without Bill I would have been lost ! Bill was my go to guy , answered all my questions whether by phone , text or E mail . Being a detailed guy , Bill worked with me on every phase of the restoration process - even down to a little scratch on the newly refinished hardwood floors ! I never want to go through another ice storm or other disaster but if it happens , PRS is the company I will call ! Thanks to the entire PRS team !

From beginning to end, my wife and I were very pleased with Professional Restoration Services. We called the company to resolve a leak issue with our second floor Master shower that had started to leak thru our downstairs ceiling.
