Professional Restoration was hired to clean out the food in a refrigerator/freezer (June 2018). Two women were sent to throw the items in the trash and take a picture of each item for insurance purposes. The charge was $711.99 as Cody said they were there for 4 hours. The 2 women only threw the items in the trash not clean the refrigerator/freezer. I was there most of the time with them. They were almost done when I left. Not even close to the 4 hours charged. I've tried contacting Cody numerous times for the pictures with no return call back. This company overcharged and didn't complete the job. Definitely would not recommend!

The team that helped us was fantastic. We had 40 inches of water in our basement. They removed the water, then removed the contents of the basement and filled the dumpster for us. They were so patient, and gave us the time to go through and save what we wanted. They also cleaned and sanitized for us. I would highly recommend them for any project!

Water removal services were great! Timely and very professional. I am still waiting on the restoration part being provided by this company. This seems to be taking a little longer than planned.

The salesperson who designed my solution (a trench drain) did not do a good job. He placed the drain wrong, and he selected the wrong type of drain. The installation team corrected the deisgn real-time when they arrived, moved the location and addressed the issue.

As new rental property owners we were a bit lost when the basement flooded. Randy & the staff at Prof Restoration were incredible. They walked us thru every step of the way so that we had a clear understanding of what was essential to remediate the issue and how it would be done. They also worked with us to give us a great price. Randy suggested I call around for comparison pricing, which I did and found that we were being treated more than fairly on cost. I would recommend Prof Restoration to anyone needing water/mold remediation. Although I hope to not need them again, they will be the first number I call if we have more water damage.

i enjoyed speaking with mr benedict when our home crisis occurred. he made me feel that everything was going to be fixed appropriately. his team arrived promptly and started the drying process (our finished basement had a "flood"). what i did not like was its lack of communication. i did not know what was happening, and i had to call several times in order to get daily updates from the project manager. he reasoned that he was responsible for many projects/teams/jobs. perhaps they should not take on so many jobs if this dilutes the quality of customer service. suffice i to say, i chose a different company for the build-back.

We have been trying to get our house "back together" after a main sewer line back-up and it is taking a very long time!!! The initial clean up was fantastic- very prompt and professional. However, the next few steps have taken a long time. I had to contact each sub-contractor to get the work started instead of them contacting me. It took 4 months for the project to be finished, but it is done, and done right!
