Reviews
Write a ReviewJeremy and crew were on time, communicated all the work they would do, completed it in a timely manner and were very professional throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them and will hire them again for my next project.
Very competent and excellent price. Highly recommend.
Jeremy gave a verbal quote which he later denied and charged double the amount he quoted changed from a quote to an hourly rate adding six more hours than the actual time he was there. Was asked to put the meter box on the back side of the house. Instead he put it in the side by our garage door so we see it every time we come or go. When confronted his response was the wife wasnt long enough and we talked about it. WE DID NOT! Stepped through my ceiling roof and left large hole in the wall in my pantry above the new panel he installed. Said he would get the ceiling hole repaired but the hole in the pantry was on me. When he left he left trash - electrical wire, boxes, plastic all over our house, yard, and drive way. I have never had such a bad experience and if you decide to use him you better get everything and I do mean everything in writing. Luckily Noah and his father came to my house and did a great job repairing my kitchen ceiling and pantry wall including cleaning up.
While we are always here to help with your electrical issues we are also concerned about your safety. This is a situation where we were originally called to install a disconnect for a spa, but once we arrived we could not install the disconnect due to faulty panel and obsolete parts. We discussed this with the homeowner and agreed to install the new panel, a new 240V 50A spa disconnect, and a new 120V outdoor circuit. The original panel was installed incorrectly, as the base of it was less than 1 foot off of the laundry room floor. This is an immediate safety concern. When discussing relocating the panel to the proper height the customer was informed that the quote did not include sheetrock work as we are licensed electricians and not painters or carpenters. As we were preparing for the project an employee stepped on an improperly installed ceiling patch, which promptly crashed the sheetrock through the ceiling. As this was our fault we completely planned to repair the damage at no cost to the customer - which we did. Throughout the project, we maintained contact with the customer, and while attempting to relocate the old service line, we discovered that it had been installed incorrectly and was a serious fire hazard. We took the extra time to remove and replace the old service line. The new service was placed exactly where we discussed on the side toward the back of the house as it could not be placed on the backside of the house due to the location of the overhead service line and being in a walkway. As the additional work was being completed it was discussed with the wife, who was also the homeowner and had been in on discussions the entire time. The work was completed in the time discussed and the sheetrock, all of the sheetrock, was repaired and paid for by Pro Systems. After all said and done the homeowner short paid his bill by over $800. While the charge was higher than the original quote, the additional cost was discussed with the homeowner. While I apologize that the homeowner had a bad experience, it is not our intention, nor will we ever attempt to take advantage of a customer or leave them with a bad experience. We are professionals and intend to hold to our standards of high-quality workmanship, congenial attitude, and transparency of process in all we do.
Jeremy and Noah were a gem to work with. They were professional and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I plan on hiring them again for the next phase of my remodeling project.
Professional and efficient good value.
Very personable and great to work with. Had the job done within a couple of days.
Rescheduled several times, but finally got the job done. Great communication and very courteous.
Very professional. Was able to work around my schedule. Would definitely recommend!
I had a great experience with them. My wife was very happy with the work and we will hire them again, soon.
Great service, very professional.
