Amazing Experience! I was worried and prepared to get outrageous estimates like i have in the past for other business but he was transparent and efficient treating the project like it was his own! his crew were very punctual and polite! Florencio did a walkthrough and made suggestions I hadn't though about. I ended up listening to his advice and I have no regrets. Great work, I would hire them again if i ever needed.

I needed to have my garbage disposal installed, so rather than spend 3 hours dealing with it myself I hired Professional Touch. They were prompt, courteous, and did a very good job. They also called in advance to let me know they were on the way, all in all a great group to work with. I highly recommend them and will use them again for handyman needs I many have.

I am generally skeptical of perfect ratings, but this company deserves it. Not only were Dan and his crew professional and skilled, but engaging and sincere in their desire to provide excellent customer service. While I admit that I found their price a bit high at first, I believe that for the services provided and quality of work, it was worth it overall. So a rare (for me) 5 star rating for Professional Touch.

A relatively simple job of furniture repair and they were on time, took care coming back and forth to house. Presented a couple of options for repair, finished work quickly. Presented ID and were polite and profesional.

Just wanted to thank you for your assistance in finding a handyman to put down our carpet runner on our stairs. Dan Sprague and his partner from Professional Touch, LLC, responded to my request and came out this morning gave an estimate and did the job on the spot!
