Saw their truck down the block & stopped & got their card. Yolanda called the next day, asked what we needed & came out & walked around our property with us . Gave suggestions as to what was needed (we had a lot of tree branches in the front that were dead or hitting the house). Needed some large branches cut down in the trees in the back. Done by the end of the week. Weâ ll worth the $, which was reasonable. Clean up was excellent. They also picked up work at a couple of more houses down the block from seeing them work our job.

You can hire them with confidence . Have proper equipments and personel. Great work!

In the snow 2 people came out, removed a big branch almost hanging over the electric wires, prevented cutting my neighbor's internet cable and did a nice cleanup job. I will call them again when I need other tree trimming or removing.

On June 18th, 2021 I contracted with Professional Tree Removal Service to remove the vegetation hedge around the perimeter of my backyard. I stressed to the company salesperson that the roots of the hedge must be removed as well to a depth of 12 below grade because I was planning on planting arborvitae trees at the same perimeter the vegetation hedge is to be removed from. Few months passed, at the beginning of September 2021 I bought 28 trees, and started to get the grounds ready to plant them; and to my surprise, I found that in June, the company removed the vegetation and roots only superficially. They removed roots to a shallow depth and covered the ground. I trusted that they removed the roots as we agreed to a 12 depth. I never thought that they will engage in such a deception. I contacted the company and requested that they come back and remove the roots to the depth that they agreed to when they got the contract. There was a series of back and forth text messages between myself and the salesperson. At first, she wanted me to dig, uncover the roots and send her photos as evidence of the existence of the roots. I thought that was an odd demand on her part, but in the end, I agreed and sent her photos that show roots in multiple places on the perimeter. After she saw the photos she changed her tack, and claimed that the work was completed back in June; and implied that she had no obligation to come back and finish the job as agreed. I protested and demanded that she fulfill her obligation. She relented and agreed to send employees. She gave me a date when to expect the employees, and I scheduled the planting of the trees a day after the employees were supposed to complete the removal of the roots. The employees never showed up. The company that I contracted to plant the trees increased their quote and demanded additional money to compensate them for the extra time they had to remove the roots before planting the trees.

HIre to remove bushes that we didn't want. Communication with Liz was great. When Oscar couldn't come on the scheduled date and time, she immediately texted me to let me know and to reschedule. The guys arrived the following day and got the job done. A great group of guys.

Excellent service and time was very important for us as other major landscaping work, including changes to the configuration of a back yard pond could not be started until a huge stump had to be removed. This stump was located in a small area roughly 12x12 with a two car garage to the west, concrete side walks to the south and east, and a wooden fench and gate separating our property from the alley.
