Scott and his crew did a fantastic job installing new impact windows and doors throughout our entire home. They were professional, neat and their work was exceptional. I'll give the Quick and long review. Quick - Scott Wilson and Crew at professional window were amazing. Did everything as expected and great quality work. we will not hesitate to use Scott and his crew again on our next investment property. Long: - Wife and I bought a building about a year before the project. Scott was the first person I called for an estimate. He was prompt, kind and very professional. He gave me a CRAZY HIGH price though!!!! (We were from Seattle and unaware of the true cost of hurricane windows).... Our finances did not support his price, and we were convinced Scott would not work out. Over the next year we saved and called at least 7 other companies. Of those, we had to beg to get our estimates, dealt with being stood up and when the estimates finally started coming in we found Scott Wilson consistently on the Low end of the quotes provided. I contacted Scott a year later in July or August. I explained my schedule and asked if we could perform the work the 3 days before Thanksgiving in November. (Mon, Tue, Weds). I knew this was far out and just before the holidays and that could be problematic. Scott agreed to the dates. About 3 weeks out from the project I contacted Scott and asked if we were on track. He confirmed the schedule and set me at ease. Monday came around and Scott's crew did an exceptional job. Minimizing the impact to the tenants in two of 3 units was a concern of mine. Scott's crew laid flooring protector, and plastic "zip walls" anytime they were inside. Every member of Scott's crew was super clean, organized, and professional. They did great work, fast and on schedule. I was VERY pleased with 100% of the window replacements. "The Bad" - Ok, not every project is perfect. Professional window did use a subcontractor on the door replacements. The subcontractor did a professional job, but did not have the same attitude as Scotts crew. They lacked the attention to detail and left a few parts of the job not up to standards. This could have been problematic, However Scott had a great response. "Matt, this is my job, my responsibility and we will get EVERYTHING up to standards. He stuck to his word and fixed every last tiny detail that was a concern (and some that i had not noticed). This personal/professional responsibility is what impressed me the most. Final review - 98% of the project was completed in the 3 day time frame without incident and on budget. The other 2% was completed shortly after as parts/material/time allowed and did not require any followup on my end. Scott is a pleasure to work with and I am very please with the outcome. I will use him for my next project for sure.

Great Experience. Great Teamwork. Good pricing, and good follow-thru. Made recommendations based on use and need, not on cost, or fear. Scott gave original ideas. The product looks great, and easily passed inspection.

Hard to find serious contractors in South Florida. They gave me a fair price, finished job in time and delivered great work.

IT WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH A CONTRACTOR. THE QUALITY OF THE WINDOWS AND THE WORK BY THE INSTALLERS WAS THE BEST. THE INSTALLERS WORKED WELL TOGETHER AND SHOWED THERE EXPERIENCE WITH THE INSTALLATION. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY WAS ALSO ON SIGHT TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS BEING DONE. THE PRICE FOR EVERYTHING WAS ALSO A GREAT VALUE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANY ONE.

All staff, every person, was professional, prompt, courteous, respectful. I have had some bad experiences in the past with companies, but absolutely no worries with Professional Window. They answered all my questions, had reasonable rates, got the job done "as promised", and even worked with me on a short payment plan to accommodate an unexpected financial emergency I had faced. I was very happy with the work that Professional Window did in installing our 2 new sliding glass doors. Their work was very good, and they completed it in a timely manner.

I could not be more satisfied with the total experience dealing with Professional Window. The salesperson Paul Nissenfeld was very informative, patient and not pushy like the other. They all worked as a team and were always updating me and keeping me informed. The installation went flawless and on time. Chris the installer is very particular and Scott watched and oversaw the project perfectly. They even had a cleaning crew clean the condo before I returned. I have already recommended them to several other in the building and they were also pleased. It was refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in their job.

Project took longer and cost more than expected but the work was very good and people were professional
