Agent came out and put down bug bait for sugar ants. Not quite a week later they were back in force. After contacting the company I was told they would come out again for an additional charge. They did return for another application for no charge. However, ants are back. I will take care of them myself.

I am not sure that I got what I wanted. He showed up an hour and half late. They didn't call me to let me know I had to call him. When he did show up he went to the wrong house. I asked for weed control and they fertilized instead and said they would come another day to do the weed killer which was my main concern. I am not sure i would use them again.

I had a broken stop and waste valve on my sprinkler system that needed repair. I spoke with Scott, the operations manager, the week before and the earliest he could come out to work on it was about a week earlier. We talked for a long time about how the valve would need to be dug out (because it is 3 feet down) and that it would take several hours to do, and maybe even the whole day. I understood this and I said no problem, let's get it done. So, when the day finally arrived to have the work done, I again had the same conversation with the two employees that came out to look at it. We again agreed that it would take several hours to do and possibly the whole day. I also showed them some minor sprinkler head adjustments that needed to be done including a broken head and one sprinkler that needed to be moved a little bit. But, we were all very clear about that fact that the priority was to get the stop and waste valve fixed because it was actively leaking. No other work was to be done until AFTER the stop and waste valve was first fixed. I also gave them my phone number to call if there were any questions or problems. When I returned home from work I learned that nothing was done at all. I was unable to get a hold of anyone at the company and even called the emergency number they provided, left voicemails, emails, and text message. About a day later I finally heard back from Scott and he left a voicemail that said something to the effect that it was going to take several hours to fix the stop and waste valve and that if I wanted to get it done, then he would have to get me on the schedule to see when it could be done. When I pointed out to him that I had already waited to get on the schedule and we had already agreed that the stop and waste valve needed to be completed, he made up some lame excuse that he really didn't know anything about what we had previously discussed and agreed upon. So, my valve continues to leak and now I have to find another company to fix the problem and wait to get on their schedule. I did complain to the main manager about the whole situation and he was apologetic, so at least he was reasonable and courteous but, there really was no good solution by that point. I would never recommend using these people. I'm pretty mad that I waited patiently for a whole week and nothing was accomplished at all. To make matters worse, they told me that the employees went around and made other adjustments to my system, which there is no evidence of them doing at all. In fact, the other two things that I gave them to do AFTER the main problem was fixed weren't even touched and they were very easy fixes, as well. So, everything they did was extremely shady and not handled well at all and if you ever have an emergency, I wouldn't hold your breath to hear back from them if you call the emergency phone number, either.

They are doing multiple spraying throughout the summer for the necrotic ring disease and standard fertilizer. on two properties. They also do my sprinkler start up and shutdowns. They are doing a great job although we have had some communication problems.
