Professional design wood floors

I used Professional Design Wood Floor 10 years ago to install a wood floor in a dining/living room area. Fairly large. The floors still look great. This time, I used them to refinish a bedroom and office. Again, the work was done promptly, thoroughly, and at a fair price. All in a short time. Juraci and his team were neat, careful, and did a beautiful job. I highly recommend calling Professional Design Wood Floor before anyone else.

They were ok.. once they cancelled their wirk that same morning! They said ?oh. I forgot to call you last night!? Then they came the next day.. they did a good job though!!

I am overall very satisfied with the work they did in my condominium. The old carpet was removed and taken away. The new wood floor was installed albeit there were some challenges during the installation. The original floor was done many years ago, but the installers did a great job to work through them. I like the way my place looks. This company did a great job!

They were very prompt and started the job less than an hour after we choose them. They also agreed to use a natural product, PolyWhey, to finish the floor even though they had not used it before. Turned out great! Could have a little more attention to dust cleanup, also some prep to keep curtains and such clean. But the actual floor refinishing job looks great. Affordable as well compared to a number of other quotes.

Wood floors were installed and refinished as promised and in time. New flooring and old flooring were blended perfectly in terms of color and finish.

Professional Designs did a great job on our floor. They were there from start to finish. They followed the contract and came on the days they said they would. Friendly staff, and I would recommend them to my friends.

The work was fantastic Reasonable price and the workers were courteous and friendly I would recomend this company to anyone and will use them again in the future

Very responsible, on time, did the job well down and efficiently for the time frame given.

Deck sanding and staining were very good. Wood floors refinishing got a lot of dust on everything. The finish applied was thinner in one part of the house to another and you can see where the floors go from shiny to dull. Like half the house was missing a second coat.

We had our 25 year old maple floors repaired and refinished. We also had a pre-finished Lumber Liquidator floor refinished. Very happy with both. Juraci answered all of our questions and we would definitely use him again. Would attach a photo if I knew how!!!

The work was not bad. What I did not like was some hidden fees, which were not revealed at the quote. So, I had to pay more.

Juraci and his team did an outstanding job. They not only refinished the floors but had to replace some boards. The match was perfect and the work was flawless. They went above and beyond my expectations and took great care covering my furniture and other belongings to help keep them clean. I would hire this company again without hesitation. I have called on PDW Floors multiple times over the years for projects that are challenging and often require creative solutions. So far they have refinished floors in several rooms and installed beautiful flooring in our family room. A couple years ago, they removed slate tiles which were cemented in our hallway and somehow found a way to replace them with high quality oak floors. Recently, Juraci came to solve a tough problem for us, weaving in hardwood flooring after 2 walls were removed during a kitchen remodel. Our kitchen contractor saw the quality of his work and commented, "I can't tell the old from the new. They perfectly matched the wood and the finish. I wouldn't even attempt that." When the contractor heard the price, he said he would call Juraci at PDW for his next job. Very thankful for Professional Design Wood Floors.

They were extremely professional. Showed up when they said they would, very little dust as they prepped the areas, the floors look like they are brand new and not 50 years old. I would hire them again.
